I'm not exactly sure what feature you're referring to, but if you look closely at the left side of the image (the one you posted at the top), you'll notice a bunch of (very faint) parallel radiating lines. These are almost certainly splatter lines from a large impact crater. There are lots of such splatter marks on the lunar surface. The cigar shaped "object" you mention (the specific one I can't find) is possibly a short segment of one of these lines. The straight feature could also be an ancient lava trail or a geologic fault (faults are almost always perfectly straight). Below are some images I found that show radiating splatter lines from two large ancient impacts. Perhaps you can match the images below with the one you posted and locate the general region of the "cigar shaped" feature.

Oops! Sorry, I forgot to follow your instructions and scroll over. No wonder I couldn’t find the ‘cigar shaped’ thing!

It could be an alien ship that crash landed.
Or, the alien might be on an extended vacation, using the moon as his RV campground.
Most likely, it's a Klingon weapon with a timer and detonator on it.

On an episode of South Park the kids rocketed up a killer whale to the moon via a Mexican rocket. That's what it is.

OK, I see it now....It’s definitely a cigar and a Cuban one at that.
To: Windflier
...or, it could be as innocent as a piece of meteor that survived impact and simply landed that way off the bounce.

This must be what you are referring to.
Could it be Noah's Ark? :)
Seriously, this is interesting. I'll see if I can find some discussion as to what the pros think it might be.

You know, that's what I was thinking: an enormous space slug. However, it could also be a 'huge-manatee'.

Looks like a cigar shaped space ship.
Looks like a joint.
The biggest joint in the galaxy.
Quick, someone tell the Occupy Wall St protesters!
To: Windflier
Here are some similarly shaped features from some other part of the moon.

It almost looks like that cigar shaped thing may have become separated from the area to the left and 'slid' to its current position. It seems to fit there like a puzzle piece.
