Many, many thanks, will be trying these! Just the sort of thing for a small party.
Thank you, GG! (A friend told me she thought he was “UGLY”!) I found him just adorable.
Hope you are having a nice Monday!

DD, I just got this in my email - and thought you (and everyone) might enjoy hearing these third graders sing in gratitude to our Troops:

Hope you enjoy the rest of your Monday too. :-)
Either your pond has grown or...! It is a lovely photo no matter where it was taken, and I so appreciate being remembered by you, Kitty Mittens.
Oh YUM!
Cute dragon :)
LOL..I closed my eyes late morning and did not wake up til 3pm.
I’m going to try to do this one little post. I still have on the dark glasses and can’t see the keys too well BUT I can’t stand the lights with my eyes so dilated. I found out what a retinal occlusion is today....its actually a small stroke to the back of the eye.
They injected dye into my veins so they could see the back of the eye and took a bunch of pictures. The good news is the blurriness in my right eye can be turned around with the injections to the eye about once a month. He said they could do drops but they didn’t do nearly as well as the injections. It scares me to think I will have a needle injected into my eye but I do want to do all possible to correct this situation. He didn’t seem to think I had as much damage as others he’s seen. I get really nervous about that needle though.
My first injection will be on the 12th (next week). I can get this done in Bristol as the Retinal Specialists travel from Bristol, Johnson City (where I went today), Kingsport and Abingdon. I think that will be easier for me and the ones who have to take me. My sweet DIL took me today and Barry said he could take me next time.
I haven’t been able to enjoy the thread too much because of this brightness. Just wanted you all to know the situation. You may say a prayer that I want get too nervous over the needle and can get my eye better. I would appreciate it very much. (((((Hugs)))))
Happy there is a treatment..Prayers for calmness when the needle is injected..
I know it would be hard (impossible) for me to not blink!
I believe they will use instruments to prop the eye open and first they will numb everything so I won’t feel it...OMG!
Oh..that’s good..I think?!?
We all feel VERY skittish about anyone touching our eyes.
;o)
I believe the angels will be with you, Jaycee, during this precedure and your fears will go away!!
Before you know it, it'll be over with!
That is ME today...LOL!
I should’ve included you in my 451 but forgot. Check it out and it tells of MY DAY!
That is the sweetest graphic!!
Thank you so much. I will have these injections once a month for about 6 months......oh, my!
How kind of you to say all those nice things, Meg! Thank you! And I love your graphic and old wood frame!!
