Strange Ebay find is part Plymouth truck, mostly Corvette and entirely bizarre

Ever seen a Corvette and wished it looked more like a vintage pickup truck? We haven't either, but that seems to be the line of thought that brought this odd vehicle to life. Currently listed on Ebay, this third generation 'Vette has the face of a vintage pickup truck and the body of an aging beauty with way too many modifications.

It certainly is unique ...when you register it, does the DMV call it a Plymouth or a Vette?
I can imagine how confounded the local tax assessor office would be to compute the property taxes on the abomination.

A friend of mine converted a little Toyota to a (more standard looking) pickup in the 80’s. It was a lot of fun to drive.
