A college student pinned under a car that had crashed into his motorcycle in Brooklyn died yesterday after rescue workers struggling to free him from the wreckage dropped the vehicle on him in a tragic accident.
Karam Rampersaud, 21, of Brooklyn, had been on his way to classes at City College when he collided with a Ford Taurus at 8:45 a.m. on Loring Avenue and Forbell Street in East New York.

I meant no criticism. Just answering the question from a Biker’s point of view.
Boy, do I have that tee shirt. You look at sled drivers and they look at you and you think they’ve seen you. Then they pull out right in front of you. Maddening and more. I have a bike but haven’t been on it for a spell due to eye issues. I surely miss it.
Prayers for the young man and his Family. What a terrible shame.
To my rescuers:
If I am trapped underneath a vehicle, do all you can to save me, do not wait for all the proper safety equipment. If something happens during your attempt to save me, God Bless You, do not stop trying. And Thank you for your efforts.
If you fail, again God Bless you, you tried your best. I (the victim) do not fault you, you were there for me.
God bless you that try to save me from mine and others stupidity, and God Damn those that put blame on those that that try to help.
