Trude Nycole Anderson filed a civil complaint in U.S. District Court alleging that Derek Wright, owner of Pleasant Creek-based Lone Peak Controls and D&L Electric Control Co., sexually harassed her for years. Part of that harassment included a provocative memo mandating a day-by-day work attire schedule, the suit maintains.
A copy of the complaint obtained by the Salt-Lake Tribune outlines the proposed dress code. The schedule called for “Mini-skirt Monday,” “Tube-top Tuesday,” “Wet T-shirt Wednesday,” “No bra Thursday,” and “Bikini top Friday.”
Wright supervised Anderson at D&L Electric Control for almost four years. During that time, he “repeatedly asked Ms. Anderson about her breast size and talked about her breasts in front of other employees,” according to the complaint.
The 44-year-old Anderson also claims that Wright slapped her on the buttocks and taunted her.
A single mother, Anderson believes she was targeted because her supervisor knew she could not afford to lose her job and would be hesitant to report the harassment. Upon reporting her supervisor in February 2011, she was fired almost immediately.
Anderson is suing for wrongful termination as well as for battery and emotional distress.

Trust me, I have seen hypersensitive folks in action. A bad case looking for something they can sue over; they can kill morale and production faster than someone like this guy (presuming what is alleged is true).
Conversely, if it were my daughter, she would have been out of there and her boss would have been eating through a straw.
You must think we're still living in the 1960's.
She solved the problem by kneeing him in the balls HARD, and as he was writhing, told him in no uncertain terms that if he ever even did so much as LOOK at her funny, she was going straight to his WIFE.
Problem solved.

This boss is a fool; he should be treating his female employees with respect and dignity, as any good man would do. Because of his foolishness, he’s given the Left fresh ammo, which will promptly be fired upon the Good Men who genuinely value and respect women.

Now, now, now. What’s so disrespectful about letting a babe know that you think she’s HOT? I would think it would be more disrespectful to let one that’s not know she’s not...
ie; It’s poor etiquette to tell a fat woman she’s fat, or an ugly woman she’s ugly... It seems you can joke with a pretty woman about things like that.
This man - woman thing is not new you know. It’s been going on since the beginning of time...
