I was just listening to Billy Cunningham interviewing some author. It sounded as if this deal really sucked for our side. I’ll be listening intently to Rush and Levin tomorrow.

The deal may be half a loaf or less to us, but to the Bamster, it means HE DIDN'T GET WHAT HE WANTED!
He's like a spoiled brat who wanted a triple-scoop banana split with extra, chocolate, whipped cream and cherries who is forced instead to gag down a double serving of plain vanilla instead.
It doesn't matter in the slightest that the double vanilla is more than he deserved, it's less than he wanted, and that is all that matters to him.
The Bamster is simply not used to being thwarted by anyone (except Mo-shelle Antoinette) who he is secretly scared to death of.

Obama needed the GOP to break their tax pledge. The tax increases Obama was after were essential to his reelection. Without tax increases, he cannot run to the right of the GOP nominee.
Obama has to run on the socialist left... there is no way he can do otherwise.

I too am listening to Cunningham and will listen to Rush and Levin. I think we got screwed and all of a sudden the talking points will be how the prez caved and tea party won, etc. I have seen several articles to that effect. The good authority must have been Plouffe guy—Obama’s campaign director....
I love the hog trough analogy the caller sharing right now...

I guess that makes two of us. I’m pissed that the deal that passed does NOTHING to curb our government’s spending addiction. He’s pissed that he couldn’t further milk the productive Americans to provide more reparations to our social service leeches. It’s a wash. Øbama’s new normal still sucks.

That’s what Boehner tried to do but was cut down by the stupid Senate plans by bleeping minority Pubs and McConnell himself. I think Boehner has done as good a job as any - certainly alot better than Newt or Hastert, for God’s sake.
