I’ve followed this case closely, from those first few days in 2008 as the details began to emerge, to the closing arguments. In my mind, I don’t know how ANYONE could vote not-guilty for Casey. Her words and actions scream “I did it!”. Even her own mother perjured herself to protect her.

Casey is a narcissist of the first order, similar to O.J. Simpson. Destroying the lives of others means nothing, as long as prison is avoided. It worked for O.J. (at least in his murder trial) and we’ll know soon if it works for Casey. My bet? She’ll be found guilty.

Happy 4th of July! As much as I want Casey to be found guilty on all charges, I’m afraid she will get off and there won’t be justice for that precious little girl. We need to pray that Casey gets just what she deserves. I hope the jurors can see through Baez’s lies.

The last time I felt this nervous was during the ‘08 election when I was pulling for McCain/Palin and we all know how that turned out.

I still don’t understand how premeditation isn’t completely evident. First of all, the mandible is in place, so the duct tape was there at the time of death (preposterous to believe it was placed there later anyway). Secondly, the fact that there was duct tape on the face proves she killed her by suffocation and that she intended to kill her by suffocation, or she wouldn’t have had the duct tape with her in the first place. Everything else is irrelevant to the fact, really. What am I missing?

A trial that proceeds on the Jewish Shabbat, the Christian Sunday, and the National Holiday of Independence is for being held on any of those days, a affront to the peace and a mockery of civil order. Pardon my ignorance here. I have NOT been following this, but did just watch the youtube of the prosecution’s close. Seems pretty convincing to me, but I do have a question, and remember, I have NOT been following this and again, please pardon my ignorance:

What about George Anthony? What is his involvement/possible-involvement?

Have not followed the court action very closely - because Jose Baez makes me cringe.

I have wondered why he began with that child rape incest scenario and also why Caylee’s pediatrician was not called to bolster what a healthy, well adjusted child Casey was raising.

Is it diabolically possible that Casey was allowing sexual abuse of Caylee? I know that such speculation is ‘way out there’ - but child pornography pays well and supposedly Casey took Caylee ‘to work’ with her. If such abuse occurred - Casey would have the “George did it to me” excuse.

Otherwise, I can think of no good reason to destroy her father George.

Does anyone know why this drawing (possibly done by Casey?) found on the Anthony's HP desktop PC was never really a key piece of evidence? This 1 piece looks like a confession as it is. Pretty obvious she is talking about why would people want to kill her if they convict her guilty for murder.
