Agreed... Timely as our wedding anniversary is tomorrow. Mrs mayor and I have been together for 25 years and have 4 great kids. Love her more today than I did yesterday.

"Wear Red" Friday

You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why..... The Americans, who support our troops, are the silent majority. We are not "organized" to reflect who we are, or to reflect what our opinions are. Many Americans, like yourself, and all their friends, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our young men and women, WEAR SOMETHING RED.

Word of mouth, press, TV -- let's see if we can make the United States, on any given Friday, a sea of red much like a home football game at a University. If every one of our memberships share this with other acquaintances, fellow workers, friends, and neighbors, I guarantee that it will not be long before the USA will be covered in RED - and make our troops know there are many people thinking of their well-being. You will feel better all day Friday when you wear Red! So let's get the word out and lead by example; wear RED on Fridays.

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS! WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE. FOR US, THEIR BLOOD RUNS RED!! GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Happy Friday, Friends.
Sorry that I wasn't here to open the doors yesterday.
I could not get online ....
I tried several times before deciding that my computer was acting up again.

AFter taking Marissa for her annual physical, I started dinner and finished a couple of things.
Then noticed that she was on the internet ... what a nice surprise!
I was not looking forward to spending time with customer support at either ATT or HP.

Wear Red To Show Support For Our Troops

I have computer problems..My laptop screen is going south..blacks bleed blue
..or just are blue entirely..I tried all the usual ..restore,etc..
I had my helper look at it and he agreed..said bad connections in the
hinges.
I am going to put off taking it in til Monday..
I may be going to my daughter's next week..so I must get ready for
that. She isn't well.

I’m having computer trouble too. I clicked on a graphic of an old copper mining town here in AZ, on Google, and a threat warning came up. After that, I was unable to get online. (My house guest fixed it for me.) I was SO relieved!

Hi, Teenie!
Yesterday, I packed some potato salad and baked beans in my ice chest
And stopped at KFC for a small bucket of chicken,
And headed up to Clarkdale Park for a nice little picnic.

(I even remembered S and P, silverware, glasses, plates and even placemats!)
A lovely time was had by all.

Then, we headed up into the mountains to Jerome - an old Copper Mining Town.
It was a beautiful day to travel a little.

Sunday, my house guest is going on a hot air balloon ride over Sedona!
Only problem - getting up at 3:30 am! LOL!

Hope you are having a MAH-VAH-LUS Friday!

Thank you, yorkie..It's the first I have said anything about it..I
hope it's nothing serious, too..She is chronically ill so anything
more is distressing to me..and to her..

I'm not closing my laptop..fearing to further erode those connections ..planning on Sunday.
I got a trojan on google.. picture hunting this last week..Norton
removed it..I made the mistake of clicking off that warning that
looks like it is from Windows..believe that is what did it..Norton
took care of it..I ran Malwarebytes anti malware, too...showed it
was gone.
