LOTS of fatalities in pic 1. Google Russian Air Show Disaster...warning *GRAPHIC* photos...basically bodies de-limbed, decapitated, and "scrapped" on the pavement, including children. Not for the weak of heart. Very sad.

Picture 3 is a fatality also. Chute didn't deploy in time, plus the flames got to the body.

Picture 2 MAY be a fatality. IIRC the pilot drowned in the wake of the carrier pulled down by the chute, but this might not be that photo.

The individuals can self eject but it will not eject the pilot or other members. Only the pilot could initiate the command eject. Kind of makes sense, too. I wouldn’t want to be in the back seat of an F-14 or EA-6B with no one flying it. I am pretty certain that they don’t have an autopilot.
