"Progressive" stoners. These are dems who start out stupid, and work on getting worse...

I'm not sure the War on Drugs is succeeding. If the Narcs are unable to outwit these subhuman buyers, what chance do they have against the Capitalist dealers?

As a nuclear engineer with many friends in the scientific community who explore concepts far outside our perceived reality allow me to enlighten you, my FRiend. There are few others in the community with the brass ones to openly discuss it.

“Smarter” is a relative word. The brain and consciousness is so complex, we may never fully understand it.

Each brain is unique with a different perception of the universe. The “reality” we perceive is a product of natural forces and various conditioned responses learned from other brains. To co-exist with the current reality, we are born with a plastic brain that can mold itself to any reality we are born into.

This was great when humans were closer to nature and had to spend all of their effort just to survive daily. Curious humans in a new area figured out a way to survive and the decedents’ brains molded to follow. Those that didn’t mold were either killed by natural forces or by other humans thinking of them as “stupid” and “taking up resources”. Then the remaining molded tribe lived for generations with little change until a natural force came that they could not figure out.

When a brain can’t mold to the reality it was born into, this can be devastating on a short-term practical level. However, on a long-term level in an intellectual society, this is a gold mine to humanity. A person with even a slight difference can see concepts that heavily molded brains never will. The problem is, they are often laughed at, called stupid for being different and learn not to express themselves. As a result, they become either violent or anti-social.

Psychedelic experimentation allows the molded mind to break free of set molds and gain new perspectives to see previously hidden concepts. It is extremely powerful. Imagine one brain getting several hundred other first-hand perspectives in one lifetime. There is no substitute for this. Others can temporarily clear the mind of all previous thoughts and allow it to be a blank canvas for completely new concepts. I can tell you one thing; it is no coincidence that the advanced concepts we are expanding today sprouted their roots soon after the start of the mainstream psychedelic era.

Your little diatribe reminded me of the scene in Animal House:

Larry: [to Jennings, while high] Okay. That means that our whole solar system could be, like one tiny atom in the fingernail of some other giant being. [Jennings nods] This is too much! That means one tiny atom in my fingernail could be--

Jennings: Could be one little tiny universe.

Larry: Could I buy some pot from you?

Interesting. Come to think of it, yes! There are some very creative methods of corruption in local organized crime. There were a long time ago in Czechoslovakia, too, thanks to a certain imported drug and a few other counter-culture items.

I understand what you were saying, BTW, but slight autistic tendencies might be more relevantly productive in projects than acid hangovers. Imagine being able to feel things that others—including drug addicts—cannot imagine.
