How about a post from FR on what the h**l is going on. Page loads are erratic and more often than not fail. How long until we can expect resumption of normal service? What gives. (I've seen several comments to posts also complaining about problems. I'm not having problems with any other sites, just Free Republic.)

Explantion: Down for maintenance or over capacity
Yeah almost every click brings up the ‘Service Temporarily Unavailable’ page and then you usually have to click the ‘refresh’ button once, twice, or five times before you get anywhere. It’s a pain in the rear-end, but I am presuming that John or somebody is working on the FR software?

Same here. Love your tag line, by the way. The whole “born in Kenya” nonsense was missdirection. Obama was born in Hawaii; he’s just not a natural-born citizen, and the belatedly released birth certificate simply proves the point.
