In this series of articles, I will refer to Barack Obama as Barry Soetoro.

You may be wondering why I've chosen to reference the name Barry Soetoro and not Barack Obama.  Simple.  I found more credible evidence (ie. actual documentation) that references the name Barry Soetoro rather than Barack Obama. Yes, really!

Now, how did this bizarre situation occur? How could there be so little existing evidence in support of such basic, non-controversial information: one's legal name?

Well, Soetoro has covered up the evidence!  So we simply don't know what his legal name is!

On January 21, 2009, amid the worst recession since the 1930s, was Soetoro in a rush to help the desperate economy?

Apparently not. On his first day in office, he acted to ensure that he could make it illegal for anyone to release particular documents about his life. Yes, really!

Here's the executive order he signed, order 13489. It states in part:

Why do you think his college won’t release his records?

I KNOW why his college won't release his records. They are supporters of Obama, and it doesn't have a damned thing to do with executive orders.

On January 15, 2009, lawyers for Alan Keyes subpoenaed Obama's Occidental College records for use in the case of Keyes v. Bowen.

The lawyer for the college, Stuart W. Rudnick of Musick, Peeler & Garrett, urgently contacted Fredric D. Woocher of Strumwasser & Woocher.

“This firm is counsel to Occidental College. The College is in receipt of the enclosed subpoena that seeks certain information concerning President-Elect Barack Obama,” he wrote via fax. “Inasmuch as the subpoena appears to be valid on its face, the College will have no alternative but to comply with the subpoena absent a court order instructing otherwise.”

Within hours, Woocher contacted Kreep regarding the issue, telling him, “It will likely not surprise you to hear that President-elect Obama opposes the production of the requested records.

“In order to avoid the needless expense of our bringing and litigating a Motion to Quash the subpoena, I am writing to ask whether you would be willing to agree voluntarily to cancel or withdraw the subpoena.”

Woocher warned, “Please be advised, in particular, that in the event we are forced to file a motion to quash and we prevail in that motion, we will seek the full measure of monetary sanctions provided for in the Code of Civil Procedures.”
