I wonder what he has to say about Muslim circumcision?
To: SeekAndFind
But it’s okay when Muslims cut the genitals out of their baby girls with razor blades. Right.

Well he was pointedly asked, he didn’t come up with the topic on his own.
He can have his opinion.
He’s not asking the government to stop other people doing it.

If someone is asking Russell Crowe for child-rearing advice they probably shouldn’t be procreating in the first place.

Russell, chill! What’s the problem here? Were all of your friends circumcised and you were the only kid in the locker room that wasn’t?

I think Russel Crowe is barbaric and should volunteer for human sacrifice. Cinderella man was a good movie despite him.

If Crowe thinks circumcision is barbaric he should look into how abortions are performed for some real barbarism.

/// i’m honestly mystified here. He’s saying that Jews for thousands of years have misunderstood the Torah? but HE knows what God requires?
...besides, i’m not even Jewish. but i did research for my son, about increased cancer risks, etc., and chose to have it done. but Crowe calls me an unattentive barbaric parent?
yet i’ll wager Crowe supports teenage abortion... without even INFORMING the “inattentive” parents...

one of his fans called @picknic11 who asked him: My son is due soon. Do you think I should get him circumstanced? [sic]Why of course, when my husband and I made an important decision about our son, we should have consulted Russell Crowe. /s

There's a specific
context for this. There's a group based in San Diego pushing this particular legislation, but it's not isolated to that: there's a concerted, coordinated effort to make anti-Semitism acceptable again. Be prepared, call 'em out whenever possible.

One of my favorite “Saturday Night Live” bits ever is when the original series spoofed a then-current Mercury Marquis commercial. In the original, they demonstrated that car’s smooth ride by having a gemcutter cut a diamond while sitting in the back seat. In the SNL parody, they had a rabbi do a circumcision in the back seat. As Lee Iacocca later described it in his memoirs, “Believe me, the suspense in the diamond-cutter ad was nothing compared to the tension in this one.”
