HOQUIAM, Wash. Police say a man was carrying a dead weasel when he burst into an apartment and assaulted a man in Washington state.
The victim asked, "Why are you carrying a weasel?" Police said the attacker answered, "It's not a weasel, it's a marten," then punched him in the nose and fled.

There was a
lovely cream puff in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" and I am not talking about Penélope Cruz. :)
No prune juice though. But it might have done the actors some good, most of them could have done with a good purge.

most of them could have done with a good purgeLOL! Although I didn't see the latest movie, that certainly fits with what I remember of previous ones. I lost interest after they killed Norrington.

I always cheer for the wrong person in the movies.
Do you think it comes from standing on my head so much?

Oh, surely you weren’t cheering for Voldemort ... although all reasonable people liked Darth Vader best ;-).
Do you stand on your head? Ow.

Been wandering around, as usual for me, and then helped create the Undead Thread series.
Though we do prefer to abscond with troll threads, we haven’t had quality trolls lately to do that to!
So we’ve been sitting in donated threads or threads that are humorous that we’d like to highlight.

No, but I did always like Severus Snape. He was refreshingly tart amid all the sweetness of everybody else gushing over "Harry Potter!"
I used to stand on my head, alas now that I am older I can only do it while propped up in a corner which is cheating.

I like Lucius Malfoy, but he hardly appears in the last movie.
I have not tried headstanding recently, and I don’t think I will, unless there’s an awfully good reason.

That’s what Jax’ 2 week Governor’s school was this year. I swear her application essay read like an episode plot for Bones or CSI or NCIS.........those are the 3 mainstays of TV in this house :)

Snape is my favorite too.
Although I’m also fond of Lupin, in the books. Not in the movies so much.

Lupin’s role was very truncated in the movies, especially after the first one he appeared in. He was good in that one. Prisoner of Askaban?
Ah, it’s Frank’s bedtime! Your dad and Bill dropped Tom at the movie in Monroe and went to the gym. Bill said he didn’t want to see it, since he hasn’t watched the first half, and also he needs to work on his physique if he’s going to be a chick-magnet.

Way cool. Governor’s school is “free.” It’s through the school district, but it is open to certain students throughout the county, including those in private and home school. I’m not sure of the reference/recommendation criteria for the home school students, but for public school kids it is those in the talented and gifted program and for the private schools their equivalent of that program.

Hope everything’s better in the morning; a crack on the bean like that can be series.
Glad nothing’s broken, tho.
Rest and heal up, Ma’am.
