The author of the best-selling "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President" charged today the resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of his participation in the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.
Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.
"Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said.
"When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud," Corsi charged.

If that is what he claims is the record, color me very skeptical too. If it was like the US, it would have to go through a court, so there should be a court document with the judges signature on it. Plus there would be a document for the petition of the change of name that would have Obamas signature on it.
Just a few weeks ago anti-birthers were telling us the BC issue was dead and Obama would never feel compelled to release an image of an alleged LFBC!

As I read this the name change happened in May 1973, this record of it was issued in October 1982.

In the US there are two was of doing name change, by court which is very simple and does not require (when I looked into it) a lawyer, a paralegal could easily do it, or even someone versed in the method. The other way is by usage, it involves a notarized form, and then changing every document/ etc into the new name. The usage method, though, cannot change the passport name for 5 years. At least that’s the way it was in 1992.
I don’t know what to make of it but a search of that name is pretty interesting. I got screenshots and links, will wait to see what, if any vanishes via scrubbing.

How about some good news on this fine Saturday afternoon? I’ve been thinking about the blunders Little Barry has made lately. His European trip was a gaffetastic embarrassment, and I notice it’s fallen off the news cycle faster than Barry falling off the quitting-smoking wagon.
Which brings me to the main point. Do you recall the horrible image of him at the Memorial Day service, chewing gum [nicorette, no doubt] like a nervous cow on the way to the slaughter house? Afterward he broke all records racing to the golf course, with breathtaking disregard for the impression it would leave. [Granted, with the MSM, not too many people know he golfed on Memorial Day, but still, it wasn’t smart.]
His overwhelming need for constant nicotine [otherwise, he’d not have chewed his cud during a photo op] and equally desperate need to hit the links tells an inescapable story. He’s coming unglued. His nerves are eating him alive. His internal polling is far, FAR worse than the drivel his sycophants put out, and he must be aware of it. Why, he even induced Rahm Emmanuel to try and stop the bleeding of Jewish support, following Barry’s truly, epically disastrous Bibi spar-fest.
So yes, he will run in ‘12 come hell or high water—BUT, he’s only going to deteriorate emotionally and physically from here. Interesting times ahead, my FRiend—***very*** interesting!

BTW, Mark Levin, who has never pressed the constitutional eligibility issue on his show, was wondering last night why the media gave no explanation for Bauer's resignation, as well as that of other WH attorneys.
Although Corsi has done excellent work over several years, he's overly optimistic when he claims that he's getting tangible results at a high level, at least at this point in time.

Why would you go to Canada let alone that far to get a name change if you are born in Seattle, WA like Pidgeon believes? This certificate says Ubayd resided in Skookumchuck. It also says the registration date is May 23, 1973, but given under my hand on 10-14-82
