The author of the best-selling "Where's the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President" charged today the resignation of White House counsel Bob Bauer is the result of his participation in the release of Barack Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth," which he fears would not stand up to the scrutiny of any serious investigation by the FBI, Congress or the media.
Corsi believes Bauer "felt compelled" to resign because of the growing substance to worries that the eligibility issue will blow up into a full-scale investigation.
"Bauer sent Perkins and Coie attorneys to Honolulu to pick up from the Hawaii Department of Health what he believed would be two certified copies of Obama's 1961 long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Corsi said.
"When the White House released to the public the birth certificate in the form of a PDF computer file obviously created on Adobe software and a Xerox copy, Bauer realized the Hawaii DOH had participated in the fraud," Corsi charged.

It’s more like the Paula Jones case, which had to do with things Clinton did before he took office. Clinton used his personal lawyer Bob Bennett and not government lawyers to defend him in that case.
Likewise, whether Barky defrauded election officials as a candidate has to do with things before he took office and he should not be allowed to use government lawyers to defend him on that.

So Bauer will resume faxing routine motions to dismiss to various courthouses? As far as I can tell, this is the only legal work any of Obama's attorneys ever had to spend time doing on any of the eligibility cases --if they even had to do that.

Just a few weeks ago anti-birthers were telling us the BC issue was dead and Obama would never feel compelled to release an image of an alleged LFBC!
No one knows what evidence and/or witnesses will come forward between now and the election.

Bauer will be going back to the Obama campaign as general council. The same position he held in the 2008 campaign. He will be responsible for Federal Election Law compliance. In fact, because of the amount of money spent in the last election, the FEC is still investigating the Obama 2008 campaign.

Everything brought forward by Corsi, Taitz, etc, so far has amounted to big fat hill of beans.

Yes, he and WND allege a lot of things - and those allegations always end up amounting to squat.
Corsi and Farah are just suckering people into buying books and generating hits to the WND website. At this point, I have more faith in what Harold Camping has to say.

Corsi is overstating the evidence, but he is reading the response at the White House as a panic, a panic that began when Corsi’s book hit #1 on Amazon and then got worse when Trump opened up. That panic may have been a realization by Bauer that Corsi might have more proof that Obama was born in Kenya.
Corsi is reading Bauer as needing to scamper back to an attorney-client privileged relationship with Obama regarding his eligibility, whether or not Bauer had reason to believe Obama was born in HI, IMO.
This is planned to be a $billion campaign so there is lots of dough for underling lawyers to take care the campaign.
Only the most trusted co-conspirators, such as Bauer, can be involved with the eligibility defense, IMO.

Off the top of my head two types of cases could require desperate measures from the Obama Eligibility Team led by Bauer:
1. Remand of Drake v. Bowen resulting in discovery of the HI BC permitting a challenge to the self-authentication of any HI BC offered to the court.
2. Passage of a “birther bill” in a state requiring HI officials to produce an actual HI BC to a state SOS and permitting challenge of the BC.
IMO Corsi provoked Obama to produce an alleged LFBC. That is not squat.
Previously Obama had never personally vouched for his HI SFBC. Obama’s attorneys (Bauer) made sure Obama could deny any representation about the short form made by others. Now, because Corsi backed Obama into a corner, Obama has personally vouched for a BC image. Again, that is not squat, IMO. It is a legal milestone.

The simple existence of this mole, which Corsi has already revealed, must be driving the White House nuts!
The identity of this mole, who could be subpoenaed, could well be known by Abercrombie's team by now. I hope the mole is in a safe place.
Corsi has even identified the date of February 24 as being the date that the fake BC was placed in the vault based on multiple observations by the mole.
Abercrombie's HI co-conspirators must be sh*ting a brick about now along with Obama because that date narrows down who the possible perps were who entered the vault on or about that date!
I can live with that.
