The way I see it is this: There is no real scientific way to prove whether a person is a true believer in Christ. Just as there is no real scientific way to prove whether a person loves another person. Actions are not proof. So, I suppose the question to be asked is this: How did the researchers determine whether the person was a born-again Christian? Also, I know “born-again” Catholics, Lutherans, Baptists, non-denoms, etc. etc. It makes no sense.

Catholics..doesn’t the Pope tell them what to think? The Muzzies may be in that same grouping, the local Imam and the Koran don’t allow then to think outside the box.

"'Born-Again' Believers - Have Smaller Brains...

Neanderthals' brains were as large as, and in some cases larger than, modern humans' brains... and so what?

There are other sources, but Wiki will work for now

I won't be surprised when they report alcohol, drugs, lying, fornication, adultery, homosexuality, and all manner of sin makes brains larger.

Did they include psychologists and/or sociologists in the sample?

Cheers!

"Protestants who did not have a "born again" experience had significantly more gray matter than either those who reported a life-changing religious experience,"

This was written and the study conducted by people who have no clue about Christianity. There is no such thing as a non-born again Christian" - ALL Christians are born again Christians as Jesus said one cannot be a Christian unless they are born again.

I posted the link to IronShrink.com. He’s had some interesting analysis of studies showing disparities in brains of conservatives versus liberals and I was curious to see if he would have time to look at this study.

“The brain of the men is, on average, 100 grams (0.3 pounds) heavier than that of the women.”

This is the only sentence you need if some imbecile tries to call Christians stupid because of smaller brains.

Protestants? Born agains?

Jesus said unless we are all born again we won’t enter the kingdom of heaven. More garbage from the people without true knowledge.

Why would anyone do such a study? Why would anyone even think about doing such a study? Was this study funded by my tax dollars? Are these all rhetorical questions?
