Pass the butter, please...
I love science
Coconut oil causes bad hearts, oppps, wrong again.
Salt is bad, no, salt is good.
Dairy is bad, no, dairy is good.
All bullshit.
...who ate more than half a kilo of cheese did not seem to suffer from increased risk....

OK, I need to know this. A kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. A half kilo is 1.1 pound. Or about 18 ounces.
(Thanks google)
Whew. Since I rarely eat more than 12 ounces of cheese at one time... I’m good.
Any bettors out there on it being before/after that time?
This will make the health busybodies at the Center for Science in the Public Interest very angry. They want everyone to live on buckwheat groats.
Did they include ice cream in the study? Some of us have to know...
This study is brought to you by the Dairy Association and Cheese Council.
My maternal grandparents ate...butter, bacon, eggs, fried everything, red meat, more red meat, fatty meat, cakes, cookies, pies, whole milk, ice cream and tons of other goodies and stayed on Earth until aged 96 and 94. Good genes and a good attitude counts for a lot.
Of course it doesn’t. No sugar or even worse, HFCS in it.
I’ve been saying this about butter for decades and only my wife has ever listened to me. Now I can prove it.
It’s common sense.
In other news today, the dairy stocks have been in a recent slump and marketing stocks are starting to rise...
Duh. Dr. Atkins knew this years ago. I’ve been eating low carbs for 11 years. My diet includes butter, cheese, meat, bacon, eggs, steak and I lost 20 lbs and lowered my cholesterol.

Joe Public: “What’s it doing now?”
Experts: “We’re not sure, check back with us next week”.
From “Daily Mail” or is it “Dairy Mail”?
The comments from the animal rights nutcases at the source are hilarious.
According to my research, consumption of white bread, sugar, and rice lead to hyperinsulinism, which leads to high cholesterol and heart attacks.
Hmm...
Alfredo Sauce ingredients:
butter
heavy whipping cream
salt
Parmesan cheese
Romano cheese
egg yolk
So, this is not “a heart attack on a platter” anymore? Cool!
Were the “scientists” hired by the dairy industry? Could this be more AGW style misdirection?
I’ll take a grilled bacon and cheese sandwich with extra butter please!
