Yup - and a lot of them are here on this site!
But wow - I love how she shows no respect for her fellow passengers, yet claims that SHE feels disrespected. Really, it’s all about her!
Hope she spent a few days locked up, WITHOUT HER PHONE!
'Verbal altercation': Lakeysha Beard was arrested after continued complaints from fellow passengers.
Amtrak does have a policy that riders cant use cell phones in designated quiet cars, like the one in which Beard was riding.
I need to find out who makes her battery.
“Lakeysha”...
even before I saw the picture that told me all I needed to know.
All I can say ... one hell of a battery in that phone, I want one.
I really like it when somebody calls 911 ‘cuz they didn’t like their cheeseburger.
The most surprising thing about this article is that there were enough people to disturb riding on an Amtrack train.
I somehow skipped over her first name.
This:
that she felt 'disrespected' by the incident.
Provided me with all I needed to know.
She must be of the “privileged class”, those that can ignore all laws and regulations. Next page ... she was singled out because she was black ... nothing to do with the fact that she was being an ass.
“I need to find out who makes her battery.”
That could make a great commercial couldn’t it?!!
“You want long battery life; you now have it. One of our trusted customers used a 16 hour train ride to connect with her 42 cousins, drug dealer, and parole officer, all on one charge. If you need this type of rock solid reliability, get on down to your local cell phone retailer and pick up one up. We accept all forms of public assistance payment forms”
The most surprising thing about this article is that there were enough people to disturb riding on an Amtrack train.
Trains on the east coast are the “property” of the black community and many many blacks ride long trips on trains.
I thought the same thing...
I was in the know the moment I read “disrespected”.
You know, I was onto Obama very early, but I really decided I DID NOT LIKE him when he came out complaining about being “disrespected”.
It’s a common term people use when they are trampling on YOUR rights, when you start to object.
Like Michael Steele!
Sounds like going to a Tyler Perry movie downtown.
Just how long does a mobile batter last anyway?
Just how long does a mobile battery last anyway?
What make and model of phone did she have? Sixteen hours without recharging is amazing!
