On a more serious note...it’s fine that this selfish brat of a woman was arrested, but you know, it shouldn’t have taken 16 hours for something to have been done. No cell phones in the “quiet car” means NO FRICKIN’ CELL PHONES IN THE QUIET CAR.
Have the railcar staff give ‘em one warning, and then route the train to the nearest stop to meet Officer (not so) Friendly if they refuse to abide by whatever rule is being violated. Throw in a nice, hefty $200 fine for the offense, too.
OTOH, it might have just been easier to upgrade this woman to the Ho-Ho and Twinkie car. I figure that would have shut her cakehole for a while, too.
