it makes all the difference in the argument. That is not to say there are not many other irregularities in his lifetime that should be clarified too.

In any case it is well over two years of Obama is office, he threw out a BC claiming he was born in the USA, It is Time for the birthers (including Trump) to prove he was born in Kenya like they claimed for over two years, then it will be all over for Obama. Until they can do that the issue is dead and will not be revived.
Eighty percent of Americans actually don't give a damn about this nuance.
Fifteen percent (including me) would give a damn if the term had any established meaning in statute or case law (eighteenth century essays don't count, sorry!)
