RE :"You make some good points. SO...please stop saying citizen and use the correct term...NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, it makes all the difference in the argument"

I thought I saw that simple term used in the post, but maybe not.

In any case it is well over two years of Obama is office, he threw out a BC claiming he was born in the USA, It is Time for the birthers (including Trump) to prove he was born in Kenya like they claimed for over two years, then it will be all over for Obama. Until they can do that the issue is dead and will not be revived.

“Where is the proof that he is not a CITIZEN?”

All the other distractions and Kenyan birth do not matter.

Does it take 2 citizen parents to be a Natural Born Citizen might be the entire and only thing to be clarified.

Does loss of citizenship and not applying for reinstatement,or even applying make you a Naturalized Citizen? That would just come next.

It might be a never-ending chain of questions. Disproving all the charges would take until long after the 2012 elections. Trump may have discovered this???

I don’t know why you are shilling for Obama like that. It is not up to us to prove he was born in Kenya. It is up to Obama to prove that he was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen.

He refused to produce a birth certificate when he was running for President, and refused to produce it for more than two years in the White House.

Then, when the pressure got too intense, Donald Trump suddenly appeared on the scene. The Donald happens to be a Democrat/liberal, although he suddenly posed as a Republican. Was he working for Hillary? No, it now seems more likely that he was working for Obama.

How could Obama explain why he refused to produced a long form birth certifict for several years, and then suddenly, bang, he produced it after refusing for years? He got the Donald to “force” him to produce it. And then suddenly he found Bin Ladin in his compound in Pakistan, where he was probably under secret house arrest by the Pakistani authorities. No question that Obama planned to use the raid on Bin Ladin to distract from the new COLB.

But the problem is, the COLB posted on-line at the White House is an obvious fake. A forgery. A fraud. There is no way in hell that it is a simple photographic copy of a birth certificate. The evidence is overwhelming.

When the noise from Obama’s bogus claim of superhero credit for personally killing Bin Ladin dies down, the birth certificate will be back again, a worse problem for Obama than ever, because for the first time he has put his own credibility on the line and actually posted it on the White House website.

Then how come it’s a forgery? Will he let experts examine the “document” he says he has? Will he explain where it came from, when just a short while ago Hawaii was denying that they had a copy of it?

The problems will not go away, and it is pointless to pretend that they will.

If he was born in Kenya he wouldn’t be a US citizen, period, but not all birthers think he isn’t.

From the beginning there were a lot of birthers who didn’t say he was born in Kenya. They believed he was born in Hawaii. They were bothered by the idea of dual citizenship at birth because of his father. He seemed to admit to that.

They’re still bothered by it. They were bothered about Sen McCain,President Arthur and Gov George Romney and they are bothered about Rep Rubio and Gov Jindal for the same reason.

If he was a dual citizen at birth it could be a problem under the eligibility clause of Article II of the Constitution, the 14th Amendment, the Civil Rights Act 1866, the Expatriation Act 1868 and USC 1401.

Wong Kim Ark and Perkins vs Elg don’t deal with dual citizenship. Minor vs Happersett would support the birthers’ worries. There’s nothing to settle the argument, unless you go to Lynch vs Clark in the NY courts. So the birthers would have a good argument, if he was born a dual citizen.

No first rate lawyer will touch it though.

You are putting up a strawman argument.
