A 55 feet long fish has been found in the seashore of Guangdong, China.
According to a local newspaper, the big fish weighs at least 10,000 pounds.
Hwang, a 66-years-old fisherman living in the near area, said he has never seen anything like this in his whole life and that the fish was tied with ropes when it was first found.
Many people have flocked to see this strange specimen since its discovery, although its rotting corpse already emits a foul smell.
The people living in the area think the fish was caught by some fisherman but was abandoned due to its heavy weight, hence the ropes.
Due to the serious decay of the fish's body, it is almost impossible to identify the species, according to the local newspaper.
The fish was discovered on April 25th.
According to a local newspaper, the big fish weighs at least 10,000 pounds.

Yeah, had 55 feet and was found IN not ON the seashore, so that explains
why it’s never been seen before.
What a whale of a story.

Maybe, but in the picture it looks like a fish-it’s flipper looks like it would move back and forth, left to right, not up and down the way a mammal’s flipper does.

This is being translated from Chinese character language.
This could be a fish or photoshop.
I kinda' go with the whale idea since in the lower left you see the toes in the rear fin.

Jonah was swallowed by a creature called "The Great Fish" which is not just any fish. "The Great Fish" is a predecessor to Krishna in Hinduism. He saves Noah by pushing his boat to Mt. Ararat and then turning into the gigantic 8 headed cobra form ~ which he uses as arm/ropes to tie the boat to the mountain so it's not crashed and dashed to pieces.
"The Great Fish" also occurs in Sumerian, and later Babylonian religious stories and symbolism.

Oh, one more, Jesus himself is thought by some to be "The Great Fish", hence one of the reasons for using the Fish symbol in early Christianity. Yet others argue that Jesus manifest himself inside the fiery furnace where Mishak, Shadrak and Abendego were being burned. (No doubt this later experience was used to justify Friday afternoon fishfries).
On the other hand there may well be GIANT FISH roving around the world and they catch people. We just don't see them often ~ maybe no more than every 3 or 4,000 years!
