The woman with a baby to kill has more choice than the taxpayer who is forced to pay for the murder.

IIRC, his support of all things homo, hostility to Christians and support for abortion are reasons to listen to someone else instead.

Boor[tz] claims he won’t allow discussion about abortion. Wrong. He only wants to monopolize the subject because he’s scared of real debate.

Boortz is a Libertarian. He doesn’t care much about social issues. I don’t know about his religious beliefs, but for the most part he couldn’t care less about drugs, a women’s right to abortion, homosexuality or anything else for that matter. He has said this profoundly. He may have a point about Republicans harping on issues that they can’t win though. Right or wrong. conservatives really must choose their battles wisely. This country is going down the tube financially and to say the least morally. Some things should be left between us and G-d. In the end, He’ll sort it all out.

“You want to kill your baby? Well it is MY RIGHT not to be made a part of Murdering your child!”

You say it, John! It’s a ‘can’t lose’ issue for us. I can’t understand how the Boehner blinked on that one unless he’s Obama’s closet lap dog now.

abortion is a darwin test... to see who’s smart enough to pass along their dna

if you abort... you fail the test

Currently people have a limited right to smoke and we still have a right under federal laws to own guns. Tattoos, ( one of Boortz’s gripes) are legal too and some people have many of them.

Taxpayers however are not required to pay for others to exercise those rights.

Why Boortz can't see the issue indicates he has a bias in favor of abortion.

Someone mentioned ‘picking our fights wisely’. Very well, I’m willing to find common ground on abortion. How about post-birth abortion after a trial run? The little nipper gets five years of ‘trial life’, or ‘baby boot camp’ if you will. If Mommy still wants to whack him, OK. At least the kid has a chance to beg for his life then and maybe even get a running start. That way, the five year olds clever and healthy enough to escape enter the lauded ‘gene pool’. Isn’t that more reasonable than killing kids off before they are even born?

[Calming down.] I do appreciate the old curmudgeon’s support of the Fair Tax. Interestingly, the Fair Tax was heralded long before by Alan Keyes — the guy who drafted the Mexico City Language [withholding U.N. ‘dues’ according to the U.N.’s funding of abortion. Kinda’ goes full circle, doesn’t it?]

Yep... I used to listen to him until one time he went on his abortion rant during one radio segment. He lost me right then and there. I have never turned back to his show.

Amen, brother!

I live in metro Atlanta, and Boortz has always been a bully and a jerk. I listened a lot during the Clinton years, but could no longer stomach his program once he turned hard against social conservatives.

I haven’t listened to him regularly in years now, which is too bad because he provides some good information and intelligent analysis of tax and spending issues.

God bless

Roe v Wade will never be overturned by the court. It will take an amendment. So either go for a Constitutional amendment, or quit wasting time and energy.

Boortz is one of those shallow, dim-witted “conservatives” who can’t see past his next estimated tax payment.

"On and on he goes about how MEN want to take away a Womens right to 'reproductive choice'!"

I really hate this line of faulty thinking. That men can't comment on abortion because we don't have babies. Using this logic, does that mean that only people who have been in combat can comment on whether we send troops in harms way? It's just stupid logic and is a tactic to avoid actual debate on the subject.

Someone sent Boortz an email that I wish I could take credit for. Basically he/she said that if opposing abortion is stupid because the Rats can say you’re anti-woman, then why oppose the EPA since they’ll say you’re anti-environment, or oppose the Dept of Education since they’ll say you’re anti-education.

Sorry I missed this earlier...I haven't listened to Bore-tz for years, but will avail myself of the opportunity to trash whenever I can :-)

The man will shamelessly trash pro-lifers, but then refuse to take calls on the subject of abortion. Very early on in the Obama administration, prior to Santelli's seminal rant, there was a nascent tea party movement afoot to send teabags to legislators. Boortz pooh-poohed the notion of an organized Tea Party as an ineffectual movement, then after the first get togethers in March/April 2009, he saw them as a venue to push his stupid "Fair Tax" book.

Again, I don't listen to him. He's an intellectually dishonest coward. I am forced to listen to his promos on a local talk station, and every time I hear his voice I'm reminded of what a dolt he is.

He reminds me of the old drunk woman with no teeth in the back of a biker bar who thinks the louder she is, the more seriously people will take her.
