I've not given up on Sarah Palin. She's a winner.

Don't believe what the MSM says about how she is soooooooo over.

We need to back her even tho' she's not touched the bc issue of the 'bam.

She's a good person & deserves our trust in voting for her to turn this country around in 2012.

Why do you state she is unelectable?

She represents the doers. The people who try to keep this a decent, viable society.

This is a good example of contemporary humor & values gone awry-—

In the end of whatever evil never triumps the good.

Evil never wins.

How three times more parents are naming baby girls Palin after former Alaska governor

Sarah Palin is a controversial political figure to say the least. But that hasn't stopped rising numbers of parents choosing the former Alaska governor's surname as a first name for their baby girls.

30 yrs ago when my daughter was born her name was going to be Sarah.

With another set of circumstances that was changed-the old man thought it didn’t fit her.

Lo & behold we return to the US & move to Ten Hills in Baltimore Md.

Her best friend 2 doors up turned out to be a Sarah and they were born on the same day, hours apart yet thousands of miles away.

Sarah is one of my favorite names. The only criticism I have ever made of the Divine Sarah is that I don’t like her kids’ names. Her name is Biblical and beautiful. I wonder why she didn’t name her kids more traditional names...although Bristol and Piper are cute names. I guess it’s just the ole school Catholic in me.

P.S.: Did you ever get any more flak for rightfully knocking that stupid book about the kid meeting Jesus?! LOL, was that a crazy thread.

I’ve never liked her kid’s names either but maybe someone else doesn’t like my kid’s names, too.

Thanks for your comment on that stupid kid book meeting Jesus-i think both of us know the father wrote ALL the
embellishments and it was heavily detailed about Armegeddon (sp?), etc... so the kid saw something & had a nice NDE (near death experience). Yeah, that was a crazy thread :D all it takes is to disagree with people who are UN-informed to have a good argument . I’m ole school Catholic, too, but i’ve branched out & open to things like scientifically documented ND experiences, etc... :D

I would never vote for the ROM he’s a trainwreck.

It’s kinda’ weird how he keeps his Mormonism real quiet, too.

Beck didn’t-that was one of the things he talked about along

with his alcoholism on his show.

Beck leaving FOX may a public false postive for the

uninformed voter.

I love the comment: the kid had a nice near death experience!

You know, Catholics have always been scientifically-minded. Of course, they messed up a bit with Galileo but let’s let bygones be bygones.

I’m just a traditionalist when it comes to names. Perhaps because my mother gave me an absolutely unspellable Gaelic name that has caused me more grey hairs than anything else in my life, lol!

Former WWE star and Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura has predicted that Sarah Palin will win the US presidency in 2012.

I have a feeling Palin won't be using that endorsement--he's basically saying she is a figurhead who'll be handed the presidency so the evil Republicans can control her.

Not exactly a rousing endorsement from one of the biggest nothings ever to win office in this country.

Several reasons imop .... sometimes she comes across as wanting to be too much of a media celeb for my liking. Many of my indy friends have concern that she looks for confrontation at every turn and looks unhappy; She has also shown zero willingness to negogiate. Additionally, Palin is caught in a catch 22 by attempting to do the right thing and support her daughter. A blossoming, shallow, self absorbed, reality star for a daughter will make a media soft target to counter balance the family values message.

I’d vote for her if she were the nominee, but I wouldn’t be happy about it.

Maybe she’s trying to hard? sometimes i’ve felt that but she surely has received a thorough thrashing from the MSM & if were her I’d be looking unhappy, too.

maybe she’s lying low ‘til the storm clouds over Congress & the WH abate somewhat & getting ready for a new media push.

who knows?

What should she negotiate about?

First, Sarah has not shown that she wants to run. Now, her supporters here claim this is all "strategery." Perhaps. Or, perhaps, she won't run because she thinks (perhaps correctly) that she might win a primary, but absolutely couldn't win a general. (I don't know that she can win a primary---I don't like Huckabee at all, but the guy keeps getting support, and I don't know from where).

Second, as I've argued many times and always get called names for doing so, every person I've talked to who knows her or who has worked with her says she is extremely poor at picking staff and at organizing. Well, this is what leads to gaffes, campaign screwups, and so on. It's NOT a minor issue.

Personally, I think she'll try a couple of primaries without expending much effort or $$ and if she gets shellacked, quickly exit. If she wins, she'll probably push it to the convention.

It seems a lot of people have, however. Her poll numbers are now 10% or less in a very weak field field of candidates. IIRC, even Newt Gingrich is doing better. She's lost her momentum, and with the large number of people convinced she's an utter joke (not agreeing with them, just saying), it will be hard for her to get it back. I very much doubt she'll run.

This steroid brained moron is pretty accurate with his statement. Change two of his words from Palin to Obama and Republicans to Democrats and the year from 2012 to 2008 and he is spot on.
