Those darned kids....
This prank was way off key.
A 12-year-old boy in an Ohio choir class was hospitalized after a classmate stuck a pencil two inches into his rear-end, cops said.
Officials said the classmate had held the pencil underneath the boy just as he was sitting down causing it to got through his jeans and impale his left buttock.

My boring personal story is of my daughter stabbing her tormentor in the arm with a pencil. It bled, but not hospital worthy. Got a sort-of warning from the principal (”he must have really been bothering her as she is such a sweet girl....”), and an ice cream treat from mom and dad. (The boy was dealt with more harshly).
It leads one to ask how much wood it take to erase the graphite vision of this experience from the boy’s memory?
Please, no graphite pictures!
ROFLOL!!!!
It will never be erased from his memory. He will delight in telling it over and over his whole life.
Yes. A thigh is muscle, a tetanus shot will suffice. With a pencil up the boy's rear, peritonitis may result.
Was it up his rectum or in his buttocks? I could see the caution of if it was up his rectum but the article says left butt cheek.
Had an MP buddy at Bragg that was taking a drunk and fighting GI back to put him in the brig
The drunk found a pencil in the back seat and stabbed him,he almost died.
Had never thought of a pencil as a weapon before that
The most probable path for a pencil into “the left cheek”, that penetrates 2”, is along, or to the right of the femur into the peritoneal cavity.
If that is where it is, it would certainly make it more serious.
Eraser goes between the palm and heel of your hand. Shaft goes between the middle and ring finger.
A water bottle cap should go in the palm of the hand first with the eraser inside it. Punch and snap leaving as much inside as possible. Immediate second punch is aimed at the throat or the eyes.
Ouch, that hurts just thinking about it!
