Unfortunately my son has gone through two divorces with minor children, and my daughter one divorce with minor children. The childrens birth certificates were never a part of the divorce record. You just name the minor children and their birth dates.

Your experience may apply here, and it may not. How long ago, and where, did your son and daughter go to court to settle their respective domestic affairs?

The question is what was required in Hawaii in the mid-1960s.

Depends on the state.

Massachusetts divorce filings have the marriage certificate.
