Just when you think it can't possibly get any worse, wow - it gets MUCH worse. Obviously not all public schools are bad, but they're all infected to one degree or another (apologies to manc if his school is okay!), just that most are infected, and this one has got to be the poster child of Kevin Jennings "safe schools".
