I swear.....I can hardly take another minute of the crap that the left is putting us through.

Somebody talk me down. Please.

Watch the 9-part Yuri Bezmanov interview on YuoTube. We are late in the third of the four stages of a Marxist takeover. (Sorry, this won’t help your mood much)

“Somebody talk me down. Please”

I’m feeling the same way. I’ve been thinking about this and I am truly ready to go to war with the left in this country. A civil war is the only way to stop them from further destruction of our freedoms.

Hahaha! As soon as I read the title, I was thinking of Wolfe. I link people to that book all the time.

Regarding whether I think we are past the awkward stage, if I were to say “yes”, I would be guilty of treason.

So I’ll just say this: How ‘bout those Packers?!

Its a waiting game and we’re winning. The left is starting to lose control of the monsters they’ve created and Americans will turn away from them just like we did in the early 70s.

The big thing is that we can’t let their leaders slither back into the shadows this time.

PUT DOWN THE KEYBOARD. STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER. (Also, turn off the news.)

The left has created so much animosity and vitalized the right so much that people who have never gotten involved in politics are now taking a stand. I don’t think there’s going to be violence. That’s not American tradition. With luck and the grace of God, America will sweep the left from power for the next 50 years. We’re going to have five years of pain and suffering. But, that pain and suffering will inure the public against further leftism. There is a light ahead.

Focus on 2012. When your blood pressure is normal, you may resume TV watching and FR reading, but in small, controlled doses.

Law abiding citizens by definition are very patient and I’m less concerned about macro-political matters. I am concerned about `Reginald Denny’ (remember him? LA riots, pulled from his truck) situations, if govt. checks start bouncing.
Just make sure you can protect yourself at home and while out-and-about, and you ought to have a vest (particularly if you live in a city) since shooting often involves being shot at as well. Or so I’m told.
Besides, we conservatives are `reactionaries’ right? That’s one of the adjectives they like to apply to us.

Sorry but you don’t need talking down. What ou need os to get on your knees and pray, get your self right with God just like our founders did back in the day. At some point you will know, just like the rest of will know what we are to do and when we are to do it to save our republic.

“A people unwilling to use extreme violent force to perserve or obtain their liberty deserves the tyrants that rule them.” SP 2005’ish

For we stand at a crossroads where years from now the youth of that day will look back to see that we fought the good fight and saved the day and liberty prevailed, or we feel by the wayside and didn’t answer the call and the darkness feel over the land.

I don’t think anyone should be contemplating violence against fellow Americans.

However, I think the time for political compromise with libs is over and should have been over ten years ago.

Politically, crush the Democrats, see them scattered before us, and hear the lamentation of their women.

And remember that Onbama’s friend Ayers said that 30 million Americans will need to be eliminated in order to establish a communist state in America. That of course was over 30 years ago, the number is more like 50 million.

So, they will fire up the re-education camps and send us all to them like good little girls and boys.

Plus don’t forget the micro-chip implants in the HC bill to be implanted within 36 months of passage.

I’m of the belief that it’s too late to turn this country around by “legal” means. Our system has been far too corrupted and gamed to let those who believe in freedom ever regain power by using the typical levers of power. Even if we could, I don’t think we could enact the kinds of drastic fiscal measures needed to stop the train before it careens off the cliff. I don’t know how this is going to shake out exactly, but I know it ain’t going to be pretty.

We are being attacked by the left, the muzzies and any other useful idiot that obama, pelosi and reid’s Marxist friends can find because they played the hand too soon. We will win this.
Dont you just love it when the current slogan is ‘taking away workers rights’ while the union ‘workers’ are a small percent of working folks in America? Everytime they use that phrase, I laugh because most working people are probably saying: ‘Whats with that? I work everyday and dont belong to a union.”

I just want to know one thing. Am I the only one who feels like we're finally nearing the end of the "awkward stage"?

When they come for your guns, the awkward stage ends.

They will have to disarm us to proceed much further, and they know it.

I’ll tell you this. We have entered the stage where it isn’t safe to have open discussions on such matters.

I will venture to say that I know exactly how you feel my FRiend. I've been shifting between boiling anger and deep depression over the past year or so. The only thing that has kept me at the point of balance where I can continue to somewhat remain "functional" is by forcing myself to shut off my news/awareness activities for brief periods of time. I force myself to either concentrate on my work and/or escape from reality by diving into pro/college sports. I am pretty much disgusted with what has been going on (virtually unchecked except for brief instances here and there) for decades. Our country (and Western civilization as a whole) has been under a constant attack that has been grinding down everything that this Nation was founded upon. (See Agrenda: Grinding America Down if you haven't already.)

There are 3 things that have become particularly grating to me of late:
1. With each passing day I become more firmly convinced that the role of the media is becoming more and more deadly. Rather than exposing the ruthless lawlessness that is over running our society, it is doing just the opposite (blatant propagandizing, hiding the truth, and distorting coverage of important events). Just think about how the blatantly lawless behavior of the regime is simply ignored or white-washed on a daily basis, how any courageous attempts at standing up for the Constitution or our Natural Rights are immediately vilified and slandered, how any modest attempts at "budget cutting" (which at this point have been akin to placing a cotton swab on an open gushing wound) are cast as draconian and "evil."
2. When I think about the relatively small number of my countrymen that are actually aware of what we are living through, I can't describe how painful the rest of the thoughts are that follow. We are still living through the state in which our relative comfort (which was only made possible by the acknowledgment and respect for First Principles upon our founding) and the purposeful barrage of media & "entertainment" (that have served first and foremost to kill off our Spiritual nature as men and a nation) still renders a vast proportion of the population in the "fat and happy" category that both blinds and paralyzes. As we stand poised to confront an existential threat coming from many forces (both within and outside of our borders), for the most part our population is consumed with trying to maintain a dream world that reinforces the anachronistic notions that "this is America, nothing like that can happen here" and "electing more Republicans will take care of it." (Of course that only covers those that even have a scent that something is wrong, no need to speak about those that are actively cheering it all on.)
3. I become more convinced each passing day that the "nutshell" of the philosophy of the Left can be summarized as the total abrogation of all Natural Rights and Natural Law. This has been, and continues to be, an all out assault; any unvarnished view of mankind's history bears this out all too clearly. And as should be expected, the pace and fury of the attack is quickly heading toward a crescendo (this is why you can feel your blood boiling on any given day that you or I decide to keep our eyes & ears open).

So, I can't say much to talk you or anyone else down, nor do I believe that any one should. The only "advise" that I can offer is to find a constructive way of "escaping" from time to time to avoid stroking out. Maybe it is a keen focus on work, family interests, preparation planning -- something that can let you take a breathe and maintain your personal effectiveness as a human and a Patriot.

When will the line be drawn that we can rally enough like minded Patriots to defend? So many of us have our ultimate individual/family lines drawn and we will defend them at all costs, but at that point it may be far too late for the Nation. Everyday the enemy keeps advancing in steady small increments; to the point that for many that are even aware of what is happening, we shrug our shoulders, mutter our curses (and hopefully prayers!), and think in the back of our minds "well maybe the next infringement or outright loss of our rights will be the one."

So no, I guess no one would label me as someone brimming with optimism at this point (which is sorta, kinda funny in a perverse sense since I was very much so for almost 5 decades before I began the process of getting my head out of the bucket of sand). I will be totally honest, as painful as it is for me to even think these thoughts no less type them in, I place very low odds on anything happening in this country to turn things around before the decline and onslaught forces a total reset. I just hope and pray that enough young people that have embraced our First Principles and understand and revere Natural Rights are able to survive to make a difference on the other side.

Catastrophe isn’t a pleasant thing to contemplate, prepare for endlessly, be reminded of every day. So...we drift into complacency. It is natural, and comforting. It is also dangerous.

After Pearl Harbor: “Are we REALLY at war?”

After the Blitzkrieg, was the “SitzKrieg”... a period of inaction during which it was hoped boredom would set in.

The enemy doesn’t have a short attention span.This isn’t a sprint.
