Sarah Palin would make a great President but as a candidate... this pattern of day after clarifications on what she really meant has not gone unnoticed and would be the doom of her run for President. To continuously have to go on interviews the next day to explain what she really meant the day before will not cut it against Obama.

It's a sign of unpreparedness to run for President. This is a shame because she is very qualified to be President of the United States.

Unfortunately this weakness of hers to fail to make her point the first time around will cause misinterpretations by those many voters who do not follow politics as closely as we do. They will misinterpret this weakness of hers to be a sign of being "unqualified" to be President of the United States.

What the f are you talking about it???

She had better things to do then worry about how liberal and rinos interpret her every word.

They never get it right and she doesn’t have that much time in a day to worry about it.

What pattern of clarification? prove it!

Where did she say that she disagreed with the Supreme Court ruling in the first place? prove it!

Just because some of the media runs with something somebody said as meaning something else when she clearly didn’t even express what they interpret it to be is wrong to put the blame on her is wrong on you

This is why one should not try to make any kind of serious statement on Twitter. That is such a silly way to respond to any kind of controversy. It almost guarantees a necessity to clarify what was “tweeted”.

"Pattern"? What pattern?

Gov Palin has rarely had to clarify what she meant by her public statements. What she has been forced to do, is to explain her common sense reasoning to dopes on the left who misconstrue every word out of her mouth, and take her words out of context, in order to attack her with them.

Sadly, some here on FR take those leftstream media attacks and run with them, as their own.

Except she isn’t clarifying her words, she’s clarifying the distortions, that’s a big difference. What part of “death panels” did you misunderstand? Or when she mentioned WTF? Palin isn’t having a problem communicating, any more than Walker is in Wisconsin.

It simply an inability to articulate her position I’ve made the point several times much to the chagrin of the Palinistas.

What, exactly, do you expect her to do when her comments are deliberately misconstrued by the media (and some PDS Freepers here)?? Is she just supposed to sit down and shut up when that happens??

Remember good ole GWB, who failed to defend himself or clarify similar misrepresentations about himself, and all the good that did HIM.

She's doing EXACTLY the right thing...calling the media out on their lies and misrepresentations.

That has been my contention all along. Palin is a living breathing gaffe machine.

What a navel-gazing pile of steaming excreta. The sad part is, you might actually believe this. Here's a clue:

When the liars and pedophiles attack you by twisting your words, slapping them back into their greasey, craven hidey-holes with a few words of truth is the best possible disinfectant for their infection.

Bush stayed "above the fray" by not responding to his manipulative critics, and gave the country to O'Bunghole by doing so. When you allow the lie to stand uncontested, you are as guilty as the liar who spewed it.

Grow a brain, or at least go sell your snot-laden drool elsewhere. We ain't buying it.
