That looks like our Christmas shrimp platter, yorkie! You’re killing me with this food. Guess I will have to fix a bite to eat for myself. I eat so off schedule anymore. You might say I just eat if I get hungry!

That was on a country road near where my grandparents used to live.
It was last year when we’d had some rain. I don’t see any wildflowers this spring. :(

Me too, yorkie!
Guess what you made me do!! I had some frozen sausage balls in the freezer so I just had to bake me a few and they are soooooo delicious! Almost as good as I use to make...LOL, and a whole lot easier! My next door neighbor introduced me to these frozen ones.

These are called Tennessee Pride. I had tried another and didn’t like them a lot so I checked again with David and T.P. was the ones he bought. I imagine they are distributed all over. They sure tasted good tonight. David cooks the whole package and stores them in a plastic container (Probably in the fridge.) I just fix a few for me, maybe 8 and keep the rest in fridge.
