Thank you, Yorkie.
It has been so long since I made a new graphic that I almost forgot how. :) It took me about twice as long as it should have.
I need to get back to business and make some new graphics. Later I may try working on some daisy graphics but .... need to get to Costco and the PO today.
Oh, what a lovely/loving song and graphic, Billie! Thank you very much!!
Perhaps the people in our country could learn something from the people of Japan! (Although, I doubt it!)
Adorable, Jaycee! Thank you!!
Nice graphic! Is it yours?? :)
WITTY IRISH PRIEST
An Irish priest was transferred to Texas..
Father O’Malley rose from his bed one morning. It was a fine spring day in his new Texas mission parish.
He walked to the window of his bedroom to get a deep breath of the beautiful day outside.
He then noticed there was a jackass lying dead in the middle of his front lawn.
He promptly called the local police station......
The conversation went like this:
‘’Good morning. This is Sergeant Jones. How might I help you?’’
‘’And the best of the day te yerself. This is Father O’Malley at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. There’s a jackass lying dead in me front lawn and would ye be so kind as to send a couple o’yer lads to take care of the matter?’’
Sergeant Jones, considering himself to be quite a wit, replied with a smirk,
‘’Well now Father, it was always my impression that you people took care of the last rites!’’
There was dead silence on the line for a long moment...........................................
Father O’Malley then replied: ‘’Aye, ‘tis certainly true; but we are also obliged to notify the next of kin.’’
A PET’S TEN COMMANDMENTS.........
1. My life is likely to last 10-15 years. Any separation from you is likely to be painful.
2. Give me time to understand what you want of me
3. Place your trust in me. It is crucial for my well-being.
4. Don’t be angry with me for long and don’t lock me up as punishment. You have your work, your friends, your entertainment, but I have only you.
5. Talk to me. Even if I don’t understand your words, I do understand your voice when speaking to me.
6. Be aware that however you treat me, I will never forget it.
7. Before you hit me, before you strike me, remember that I could hurt you, and yet, I choose not to bite you.
8. Before you scold me for being lazy or uncooperative, ask yourself if something might be bothering me. Perhaps I’m not getting the right food, I have been in the sun too long, or my heart might be getting old or weak.
9. Please take care of me when I grow old. You too, will grow old.
10. On the ultimate difficult journey, go with me please. Never say you can’t bear to watch. Don’t make me face this alone. Everything is easier for me if you are there, because I love you so.
~Take a moment today to thank God for your pets. Enjoy and take good care of them.
Life would be a much duller, less joyful experience without God’s critters.
Yes ... an old one. You are allowed to use it. :) You can almost see the JA in the lower right corner. I still haven’t decided how to show my name.

A Pet’s Ten Commandments is posted on the door at our Vet’s examination rooms.
I read it again when we took Jack in for his last visit. Started a flow of tears again on that sad day and again today.
I had never heard that song before. Fits perfectly!
Thank you!
Those bear graphics are some of my favorites!
Awwww...that little daisy would make anyone smile! :)
