Why keep writing about this? Who Cares? This is sensless. Lord, he is a 16 year old cute and prosperous kid who sings - that’s it. We need not take the time or energy to hang on his every word. Sheeesh, life has more important things going on than what a 16 year old thinks of America. There are famous teens in America that say stuff 100 times more horrible that what he said. Lord, move on please.
1. It’s STUPID to make him sound like the Taliban. Does anybody really think he believes that America/Americans are “evil”? Every quotation indicates him laughing about it when he said it. So what? I call my kids “evil” and laugh all the time.
2. He’s Canadian. Does anybody REALLY have a problem with him believing that his country is the best country in the world? He just joined the club and showed a bit of what could be considered “Americanism”.
3. Let him slam our health care system. When he grows up and sees what he’s paying in taxes, he’ll change his tune in a hurry. When he needs treatment in a hurry and has to use American health care, he’ll get an education. That is the providence of youth.
Quit putting too much stock in the words of a young kid who’s suddenly rich and famous. If he’s not dead by 25 he can be considered a success.

This is a GROSS DISTORTION of what Bieber said. The evil part was said in a joking manner much like “thats gay”. It wasn’t a serious comment. He also said he was against abortion, that it was like killing babies. He did support the Canadian health care plan which is understandable coming from a canadian teen boy not into politics.
