It is time to face up to the elephant in the living room, which for some reason conservative Americans are desperately determined to ignore.
"Free trade" is destroying America.
A generation ago, America was the world's preeminent power. We led the world in manufacturing. Technology. Space. Innovation. In every way, America was the best.
In a single generation, we have squandered that heritage, and now are deeply in debt to a communist nation which just one generation ago - rode only bicycles.
WTF will it take, to wake Americans (particularly conservative Americans, who should know better) up to the very real danger of stripping America of everything which made her great?
Jackwagon, where are the economic models when dealing with Communist slave nations that are destroying our war making abilities. Take you econ books and cram them up your arse.
That's catchy . . . I can see the SEIU using it.
*sigh*
It is a sad day when we have people with no knowledge about a subject pontificating.
You couldn’t even define what “America First” means from an economic perspective, since you don’t have the tools to do so.
You’re not alone. Free Trade is about removing national borders and pushing us to a global model.
Clearly we have no common ground, other than we believe respectively, ours is the correct way.
I simply observe, your way is what we’re doing now.
Slaves earn wages? Who knew?
Given the labor costs in China, India, Africa, South America and the rest of Asia, how is it the US remains the world largest manufacturer? Why haven't we exported all our manufacturing to these low wage countries?
Free Traitors are as disgusting to me as Benedict Arnold and Judas Iscariot.
Even those drooling in cups seem to understand this...
It's a total win for Communist China..
Your way is bankrupting America
Yeah, the bankrupting of the US has nothing to do with government spending more than it takes in. Budget deficits are caused by government allowing free people to trade goods and services with whom they choose as long as they don't break the law.
And you wonder why people with a rudimentary grasp of economics don't take you seriously?
>>Jackwagon, where are the economic models when dealing with Communist slave nations that are destroying our war making abilities. Take you econ books and cram them up your arse.<<
Don’t try to blame your ignorance on me.
Hey, jackwagon! Take them thar Physics books and shove them up your butt! I don’t think that F=ma at all! I think that all the sum of all angles inside a triangle are 212 degrees!
Why — because I think so, that is why!!! We don’t need them thar newfangled “edumication” and stuff! We can finger it out all on our own!
When did FR become a bastion of inculcated ignorance?
And by the way, go back over my posts - even the ones with he big words — and show me where I have taken a stand on any particular approach.
I just demand that someone who comes with an idea be at least somewhat versed in the subject matter at hand.
Free Traitors are as disgusting to me as Benedict Arnold and Judas Iscariot.
Because only True Conservatives embrace higher taxes and more government.
All you’ve done is throw insults. Its not an impressive tactic and does nothing to support your argument.
I want to thank you for posting this.
I freely admit I know little of economics.
Thanks to the “people” who seem to know a lot about economics, I feel like I know even less now.
Instead of showing me some things about econ they showed me how far they can piss.
Thanks “people”.
>>Clearly we have no common ground, other than we believe respectively, ours is the correct way.

I have knowledge. You do not. You do not have the tools to understand your observations.
And please tell me what is “my way.” Go back over my posts and tell me what my proposal is.
As an electric engineering major I had to take electives in other departments at the university. I used to take econ courses because they were easy 'A's.
Excellent posts comparing physics to economics. Not quite a hard science, but yet the principles of economics are unchanging because human nature does not change.
True, but the root problem is still govt. It's govt imposing rules and regulations, not GE.
>>I used to take econ courses because they were easy ‘A’s.<<
Great. Answer my question. The OP sure can’t.
Beat you to it! Thanks for providing the link.
