I sometimes go over to Fox News and their Discus comments section, following news stories and opinion pieces.
Usually, I see a large group of right-of-center people, interspersed by the occasional 'honest liberal' (defined to me as someone who believes in leftwing causes but isn't totally nuts) or a few moonbats.
However, today, following the Boehner-announced "House GOP Readies Ban on EPA Greenhouse Gas Regulations" article on Fox, I noticed that within hours the comment list had grown to 1900+, and many of these were vile, Democrat-underground-type moonbats, who declared things like "Republicans Worship Pollution" and other off-the-chain outrageous Chris-Matthews-type stuff.
It occurs to me: Are we beginning to see a Soros-funded Internet Onslaught of paid hacks who intend only to cause problems, spam with Marxist insults, troll all over, and so on? These guys have been going nonstop for hours now. It looks like they are paid.
There are a few things that should happen: 1) Fox should get off Discus for their comment section. They need a better moderated forum.
2) We should be aware of, and sensitive to, the creation of internet propwar brigades, funded by left-wing trusts and people like Soros.
3) We should keep a close eye on the influx of newbies and trolls to this, and other forums we are involved with.

Beginning? No, I think it’s been there all along, but some issues warrant more of their attention than others. This one and health care are, I think, the heart and soul of their plans for this country. Maybe I should add net neutrality here, but so far, that one hasn’t gained a lot of traction. Yet.

There were three trolls that defended the collectivist government schools and the NEA. They were highly active for several years. Then suddenly ( about the time Obama’s eligibility became a hot issue) they disappeared.
I suppose they are being paid by the NEA, DOJ, DNC, or Soros to troll other issues and sites.
Anyway...I just now did a Google to check on the spelling of the name George”Soros”. Immediately after the word “George” ( that all just “George”) up comes George Washington ( listed first) and George Soros ( listed second)! :-)
