What is the difference between Sir William Wallace & Sarah Palin?
Besides, age, sex, weapon choice, hair color, etc.
Both were hated\betrayed by "The elitists on both sides of the fence"
Both were drawn & quartered in front of an audience by elitist's.
Both had the courage to risk their lives and families lives\honor for freedom from Tyranny.
Palin will be thrown under the bus by republican elitists any day now as did the (Bruce clan) throw Wallace under the horse.
The only missing similarity would be Primae Noctis which the left would passionately embrace if given the chance.

I have family that aren’t FReepers. They like Palin and bought her books and all. Last weekend they were just wishing she would start acting Presidential if she was going to run.
I could have told them that earlier. All this ridicule is really hurting her. Not here on FR, but out in the world other than FR.
The fans are her worst enemy if she wants to be taken seriously.

A question: are you basing these comparisons based on William Wallace as portrayed in the movie Braveheart, or based on the William Wallace of history?
The purpose of Hollywood is to entertain, not to stick to the facts, you know.
Begging for mercy is much less effective than posing good questions in good form in the first place and taking your answers like the proverbial "man."

I am not sure about you but I was constantly making fun of the Obama worshipers for stuff like this. The Palin cult just do not see the similarities of their actions. It would be funny if it wasn't so freaking scary.
