JANUARY 25--South Carolina cops are attempting to identify the participants in a wild brawl early Saturday at an International House of Pancakes, video of which has gone viral online.
As seen in the below clip--which includes some cursing--the female combatants are seen punching and wrestling with each other as tables are toppled. At one point, a woman picks up a coffee pot and strikes another woman in the head while she is being pinned to a table. Later, a man is seen swinging a cane at the woman who was struck with the coffee pot. The woman, adopting a lion tamer’s pose, picks up a chair and tosses it at the cane wielder.

Utterly wrong. The statement assumes that women have some superior built-in notion of civilization. What civilizes men is a societal structure which requires men to be civilized in order to get ACCESS to women.
When a young man had to be educated, polite, and showing strong promise of having a successful life in front of him before a father would tolerate him speaking to his daughter, then we had civilization. The slow-motion collapse we are seeing comes from the breakdown of that system.

Perhaps utterly arrogant and assuming on your part. You obviously assumed that I was missing something. An incorrect assumption.
Your more in-depth explanation was exactly what I was referring to, and I assumed people would understand that reference. I guess not. THAT might be where I was “utterly wrong”.
More specifically, even, than YOUR post, would be that society USED TO require men to be civilized in order to have access to SEX.
The left (under their ideological “father”’s tutelage), has made every effort to destroy all those societal barriers and we end up with a barbaric society.
I think this hits the nail right on the head. I tell everyone I know when subjects like this come up - until the out of wedlock birth rate is SIGNIFICANtLY reduced, there will be little or no progress in addressing the other current "societal ills", e.g., gang violence, school drop-out rates, drug addiction, etc.
Someone will always respond.."that's too simple". To which I always respond - it IS simple. It's not easy, but it is simple.
There are many other funny moments, in fact it gets funnier every time I watch it. I love how the woman in the gray dress swings her purse around like a battle axe but then puts it down to join the battle. I love the woman in the striped top who stands up on the banquette bench in order to walk away from the action. Also, the guy who TAKES HIS PLATE OF FOOD WITH HIM as he exits the battle area. No doubt he continued eating while the fight progressed. And the blond girl cowering in her booth when the woman in gray walks past her on the way out. This video is truly rich with amusement.
You should start a “Disgraceful but hilarious brawls at cheap restaurants” page on Facebook, post the ones you’ve documented and create a collection. I am sure other people have saved them, too, and would contribute to your documentation. Wal-la, you have a book, or at least a public TV special.

What caused civilization was not women, it was the Patriarchy that feminists complain about.
Not a bad idea, La Lydia. Trouble is that getting an understanding of Facebook - how it works, the benefits and dangers - is another huge amount of time I need to devote to gain that understanding.

Take a SC FReeper’s word for this: do not venture into O’burg if at all avoidable. Stay close to the I-95 exit if you must stop. This town is the worst of the worst in terms of racially fueled hatred. It is the lodestone in Clyburn’s little voting district.
