The comments being made about this are ridiculous. Early reports are that he has a torn MCL. The Doctors would not allow him to play. He took more hits than any QB in the league and brushed them off.

No body knows what kind of knee injury it was. Maybe cutler is a pansy but I doubt it.

He never left the sideline, that’s why people are questioning it.

Agree, whether his MCL is actually torn or not. You can be in a lot of pain even without an actual tear. And if you lose some of your mobility, you're not doing your team any favors by staying in the game, trying to compete at a reduced playing capacity.

Give credit to Hainey (sp?), too. Apart from the late interception, he made a pretty good effort.

Given that Green Bay almost let the Bears tie the game with their 3rd string QB, I'm really liking my pick of the Steelers to win the Super Bowl :-)

Philip Rivers played with a torn ACL.

Just like Chicago, bunch of cry baby losers, typical liberals they are....

I lived there for three years ( too many ) and I used to laugh at the Cubs fans when they would lose a game and they all thought the world was ending. It was pathetic...

Now living in South Bend Indiana and lots of Bears, Blackhawks, Sox and Cubs fans here, they are slightly better but still cry babies when they lose.

Title of thread needs to be rewritten.

Title of thread should be "A$$hole Bear Fans Think Cutler is a Big Pussy."(Fans jumping to conclusion before medical exam Alert)

Not only that he was playing badly before the injury. They did better with the third stringer and almost won.

He doesn’t match up to Roger Clemens begging out of the game in the 8th inning of Game Six of the 1986 World Series against the Mets — the game where the Red Sox bullpen could not hold in the 9th and eventually an infield grounder went through Bill Buckner’s legs.

Roger was getting a blister. Of course, he would have had the entire off-season for his blister to heal.

Boy, you can’t win! If Cutler heads to the locker room, he abandoned his team, he stays on the field and he’s not really hurt. Sheesh!

Given that the Steelers nearly gave up a 24 point lead, I suggest that Green Bay is the superior team. Steelers needed a defensive forced fumble return to win the game.

Understood. Not every body reacts to injuries the same way.

Philip Rivers is a leader. Cutler is not.

There’s the difference between the two.

Getting hurt is part of the game. If you are on the sidelines, walking, no ice, no brace then you should at least be a team mate and help the other QBs with formations and reads. He had all of the prep and would be able to help the others but he sat, stewed and didn't care about the team.

This is why the Broncos will benefit from taking Tebow. He would rally around the QB if he was hurt or if he was second string. This was the championship! No excuse for Jays attitude!

Congrats to the Pack (that hurt :)

Dilfer was a marginal NFL QB, and a pitiful commentator. He’s clearly trying to stir controversy with this absurd statement. (Probably hoping to pick up followers to his twitter account)

I hope Cutler kicks his ass just to prove a point.
(Metaphorically speaking - of course)

Cutler scored ZERO points.

The kid that took over scored 14 and almost scored a third TD.

I would say they improved greatly with Cutler on the sidelines.
