I’m not going to comment on the right or wrong of this man having 23 kids. IMO, the issue here is the inappropriateness of this hearing officer’s actions. He was wrong to publicly post specifics as he did. Does he feel that he can go online and post the business of everyone who appears before him, or just the ones he doesn’t respect?

Nice, I’m pretty sick this kind of thing. Welfare needs to be ended for everyone but, the truly helpless. The elderly and the handicapped. Let the rest go to charities like they use to do. I'd think that, unless this Dunkelman character knows this to be a fact, he's probably looking at a whole heap of trouble for posting it publicly. IMHO, being a private citizen, Luther has been libeled by the judge's claim that he has committed tax fraud. (I didn't see anything in the article that addressed the validity of that charge.)

I’d love to know how he pays for all these kids. The article states:

So what it’s essentially saying is that all his money is paid in cash? How would anyone know what he earns and while he says he files tax returns I’d bet it’s only on the income from the rental properties.
