Rush just opened his show with a long monologue about Gov. Abercrombie of Hawaii not being able to find O's long form birth certificate.
Brought up the possibility that the lack of a birth cert is real...or, a very elaborate Dem hoax. It sounds like Rush is a closet birther... This is huge for 2012.

Second, under the Uniform Information Practices Act, if an official makes a ‘good faith’ disclosure of a record (especially to meet the public interest), they cannot be held criminally liable. Third, why would anyone care since these records should theoretically vindicate Obama?? If they didn’t vindicate Obama, again, who the hell do you think would indict or impeach Fukino or Lingle, and why??

He said his investigation found a 'record' written down. Whether you like or not, this admits he has not found a long-form birth certificate. "(Abercrombie said there is a recording of the birth in the State Archives and he wants to use that.) It was actually written I am told, this is what our investigation is showing, it actually exists in the archives, written down ..."
Last time I checked, a birth certificate would qualify as an example of a written record.
