The real reason behind PRESIDENT OBAMA's shocking weight loss - he's secretly battling stomach parasites, say sources.
The pencil-thin president caught the parasites on a trip last year to Hawaii, where he and his family also vacationed over Christmas, according to top political insiders.
"Barack has wanted to keep the stomach parasites under the radar," revealed a close source.
"There had been a public health warning about them in Hawaii when he caught them."

The researcher showed seropositive (HIV-infected) gay men in Taiwan are infected more often with the amoeba than the healthy population and also more often than seropositive heterosexuals. I've known a lot of potheads over the years; skinniness isn't a characteristic I ever noticed among them. On the contrary, the more "dedicated" the pothead, the more likely he/she was to be of average weight or over that.
Speed, on the other hand, "uppers," whether it was in the form of methamphetamines, crank (synthetic cocaine, as far as I knew), and to some degree cocaine, but not as much as you'd think -- the speedier the skinnier. I indulged in a wanton and wicked lifestyle in my 20s; I speak from experience. I look at Obama and see a speed freak in terms of physique, but in terms of speech patterns and facial expressions ... hands down, 100 percent in my mind, reminds me of a cokehead. Never saw those very particular characteristics in anyone BUT those frying on coke.
Parasites. Yeah. That's the ticket.
I wonder what his real height and weight are. I think that a couple of years ago they were calling him 6 3, now they are chopping two inches off that. I remember his weight being listed back then around 170 which is skinny even for 6 1 but now he looks like he is below 150, maybe well below.
