New Jerseyans give President Obama an approval rating of 47 percent to 41 percent, according to a Fairleigh Dickinson University Public Mind poll made public Monday, off from the favorable rating of 51 percent to 40 percent in November, but similar to his rating of 47 percent to 43 percent in October.
