Friends with a warehouse building had a resident St. Bernard that used to hear rats inside the walls and would tear holes in the drywall big enough to put his head into.

That looks more like an 8" hole than an 18" or that 8 month old pup is gigantic! LOL

I'm sure the pup was on some sort of mission. Too bad the wall got in the way.

We had a wrought iron gate built a few years ago and when the builders left, one of our dogs stuck his head through and couldn't back out. We heard him barking every once in a while so we checked and everything seemed fine from where we were looking.

He started crying a couple hours later and that's when I found him stuck. Poor guy. Liquid soap and a gentle pull was all it took.
