This gives the new GOP congress plenty of time to protect our soldiers from forced indoctrination. They should pass legislation forbidding any forced training program promoting or condoning homosexuality. They may not be able to exclude homosexuals just for the knowledge they are homosexuals (most expulsions under DADT were for inappropriate behavior) but they can stop the civil service military bureaucrats from turning the military into an indoctrination camp and having our soldiers marching in obscene gay pride parades. They can also explicitly ban gay activism in the ranks and require that heterosexual soldiers privacy be respected in showering and sleeping quarters. Also they should forbid any discipline because of expressions of anti-homosexual sentiments.

They still need to repeal certain parts of the UCMJ to facilitate certain activity that is currently illegal..

The next Congress must also refuse to even consider any changes to UCMJ Article 125, which expressly forbids sodomy.

Get on the horn to your Representatives and DEMAND that they introduce, sponsor and push through a measure the will leave the determination of who serves in OUR military, to those that are directly affected by these decisions.
Nobody who has never served should have a say in these matters.
I for one will do everything in my power to see that those that voted to allow homosexuals to serve in our military are run out of office.

Maybe the repeal won’t officially happen for sixty days but I think gays and lesbians will begin right away to feel free to open up about their sexuality. They know they’re not going to be kicked out now.
Also, homosexuals are now a discrete group of service members with a large, aggressive and well funded lobbying group acting on their behalf to advance their interests. Is there another group of service members who has that? I don’t think so.

Hmmmm, let's see here....
So...lots and lots of gays join the military.
In order to satisfy the demands of the ACLU and the congress
1. all branches of the military convert to "uni-sex" uniforms for all "soldiers", and "airmen" and "marines", and "sailors";
2. Most of the straight members of the military leave the forces
3. The new congress repeals the new law over the veto of the little tin god and re-establishes the DADT policy.
Now.....
How do we get back all those wonderful troops who left the military?
We can send the uni-sex uniforms to France for their military.
But what do we do with all them thar gay troops????
