At the time I thought it was just serendipity that the economy tanked right before the election of 2008, which I believe is the main reason Obama got elected. But in light of Glenn Beck's revelations about George Soros bringing down the Bank of England and his other Napoleonic ventures, I'm starting to wonder. Particularly since Beck has presented clear evidence that Soros may be connected to Assange of Wikileaks.
Silly me. I thought all we needed to do to save the Repubulic was defeat Barack Obama. Now I realize we must first defeat George Soros. He's behind almost every recent attempt to bring our Republic to its knees. And he has an impressive (read scary) track record. The question is... how do you topple a billionaire?
He tries to collapse economies and destabilize governments in order to overthrow them.
He fancies himself a kind of God by his own words.
He revels in causing misery and chaos.
Americans need to start believing that there's evil in the world and that it can harm us.

In Russia Soros is under a death sentence for his tricks there. Let Putin give him a radioactive cup of tea.
I agree, but Beck is the only one doing either and unfortunately his show just preaches to the choir. Too bad Israel doesn't see Soros as an existential threat. If anyone could find a way to destroy his empire from within Israel could, like they're doing to Iran's nuclear ambitions with Stuxnet.
Israel would send the Moussad and Soros would disappear.
I know we're talking in hypotheticals, but Israel is smarter than that. Just taking out Soros wouldn't help because his cancer in our Republic has already metastasized. We need a systemic approach to destroy the cancer from within. The answer is out there somewhere, we just need to find it.
Well he is 80 years old. We only have a few more years to contend with his machinations. Even with great health care he seeks out of the US, it is a proven fact that he will NOT live forever. That is one thing he has not nor will ever be able to bring down!!! Certain things in life are sure: DEATH and taxes!!!

Soros is 80 years old, and is just the financier and figurehead.
The REAL enemies are the government-paid Academic Socialists in our universities, the likes of Chomski, Zinn, Ward Churchill, etc, and the armies of gullible fools they trained that now run the myriad of Soros-financed orgs across the globe now.
Rachel Cory was one of these fools.
Soros’s kids run the real operations now, and are heavily involved in Democrat politics and financing.
Beck focuses on Soros because that’s the easiest, and Soros realized long ago that these Academic Socialists can be used to create chaos, which he makes money off of.
The one thing that the Soros Orgs fear is expose of the money links, and where it comes from. A LOT of people make a very good living at this, and that is why Beck has become a target of the Pro Left.
True, but he has children - 5 to be exact - at least one of whom will likely pick up where he leaves off. Per Wikipedia: "His son Alexander Soros is also gaining prominence for his donations to social and political causes." Sends chills up my spine.
He tried to own Russia a while back. The Russians drove him out with big-time criminal charges.

You're right, of course. Unfortunately, Glenn Beck's audience consists mainly of people who don't need convincing. No one else pays much attention to his revelations. He's had limited success in bringing down lower-level flunkies in the Obama administration like Van Jones but they're still around and still doing damage, just in new roles in the private sector.
I see Beck's function more as the "mot in the eye" that forces the body politic to finally take action. The question is, are we up to the task?

That’s how you take down soros. The difference between them and us is we preach civil discourse. They burn down the country. If someone here even suggested in jest that soros trip on his ego and fall into a pit of vipers, o’reilly would have it on the air that we are right wing extremists.
Well I suppose you could put Ron Paul in charge of banking.
Yes, Paul would audit the FED and likely make all FED decisions public giving the currency trader an immense edge.
But with Paul in charge Soros could never be completely sure the FED wouldn’t do something completely stupid and irrational.
Don,t think for a minute that George Soros is not involved with the Democrat agenda in support massive spending.Obama is willingly on non willingly a Soros puppet. Both have the same goal, destroy the free enterprise system.
