That is so precious..She wants in ASAP!
Who could turn her down?!
Billie, your words ‘breathtaking’ and ‘exquisite’ are the same words I would have posted to you, if you hadn’t already used them! That is the most beautifully framed ice-sculpture I have EVER seen!!!

Meg, I’m not a sauerkraut fan either, but it is a MUST for New Year’s Day. I put it in a collander, and rinse it well, then apply it to the top of the ribs after they are thoroughly cooked, basting the top with the drippings from the pan. Let it brown about 15 minutes on the very tops of the kraut - and it’s ready to serve.
Grandma always put the kraut on the mashed potatoes, but I like it with the pork, and put butter on the taters.
A very cute little ‘warm & fuzzy’ this morning, Meg. Glad you can rest your back and great news of being with you son and DIL!
60 degrees sounds good to me. We are supposed to be in low 50’s Friday and Saturday and to me it will be a heat wave. We have had some bitter weather here. The sun is very bright and cheery today and it looks good to me. I planned to start taking down decorations today but haven’t started yet! Maybe I will start later today or at least in the morning!!

What time will you be serving New Year’s Day??? Sounds good to me. My brother’s wife always cooks a big corn beef roast and they have sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. I use to always fix something special for New Year’s Day but now I just cook ‘whatever’ or go out to eat....LOL!
I am anxious to see how much snow you all get and I’m also expecting pictures!! Have a great day! I loved your beautiful bithday card for Cardi that you made last night!
That is really so sad. Alzheimer's has to be one of the hardest illnesses for families to cope with, and for the one who has it, heartbreaking to 'lose' oneself.
I'll have one too!
As soon as I get inside! :)
Sorry I didn’t get back to your comment last night, Aqua. I see your next picture taken from your driveway, too. Snow is so pretty when everything is covered but not so great when you have to shovel the driveway just to get out of the garage!
YIPPIEE, for sure!! What a cute graphic, Amy and poem! They look so excited to be out in the snow!! Thank you!
LOL!
That is absolutely gorgeous, Billie! Maybe we could use that beautiful carriage on New Year’s Eve? Thanks for posting that!
Good morning, Conor! Hope you enjoy your Wednesday!!
So darling, yorkie!
“
Let us go forth, as called of God,
Redeemed by Jesus precious blood;
His love to show, His life to live,
His message speak, His mercy give. Whittle
The world will know by our love for God and others
that He is great.”

If I may suggest ‘Kingly Standards” or “Highest Standards” for ALL.
Christ ... Indeed ... led like a lamb to slaughter ...
Who could attain to the standard of Christ?

“Turn your eyes upon Jesus
Look full in his wonderful face
And the things of the earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of his glory and grace
O soul are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s a light for a look at the Savior
And life more abundant and free
His word shall not fail you, He promised
Believe Him, and all will be well
Then go to a world that is dying
His perfect Salvation to tell
O soul are you weary and troubled?
No light in the darkness you see?
There’s light for a look at the Savior
And life more abundant and free”
