I am starting a project and want to know if someone would like to help me do it. Once started we can develop a reset button for this economic structure.

*Detonates hole through the wall rather than using door* The wall's easier to patch than the door.

Yes, door frames do tend to be more solidly rooted and thus harder to repair.

Monday's heeeere. *\B^(
Slept in, until LoM left for work at 9. About 11 joined her in town for a late breakfast. Then I got a call from a colleague and my stomach went into knots which continued while we went shopping. I got home minutes ago and immediately lost my breakfast. But stomach now feels fine.
It's Monday all right.

"Slept in, until LoM left for work at 9. About 11 joined her in town for a late breakfast. Then I got a call from a colleague and my stomach went into knots which continued while we went shopping." I think I have a diagnosis for you. You're allergic to work.
This may sound like a serious ailment, but I can show you how to look on the bright side, and how to get maximum benefit from the circumstances.
I have lots of experience.

21 and snowing. Ice on the roadways has most of the Twin Cities shut down. It’ll be a 4 hour commute tonight assuming I don’t die.

When it rains we seem to have a choice: 1. flash floods or 2. idiots on the road or 3. all of the above.
The heat in Vegas (desert, remember) softens the asphalt on the streets, roads and highways. Rain comes with cooler air and PRESTO! Instant stupidity. Insurance companies make us all pay for the idiot newcomers.

Im so sorry, sion. Food poisoning? Or not? I don't think so. There were "precursor" symptoms going back to yesterday which I'd chalked up to other causes. So that's actually a relief. But it's not a good time to get sick -- not with Christmas shopping still to be done. (Fortunately not much.)
But NnBob's diagnosis... hmmm...

Sounds like the morons that don’t recall that “Dew Point and low temps equals insta-frost” on the roads.
Had some recent oopsies in my area.
I laughed my butt off.
