The Zappa Family trust just released a 3cd recording of a live 1978 concert. GREAT stuff.

Thanks! I love watching the videos of the live performances: real musicians really playing real instruments in real time. Wow.
Frank came a long way in a short time from his deferential appearance on the Tonight Show playing a bicycle. He found his musical niche and thoroughly exploited it.
