Singer Sheryl Crow has become the latest celebrity to get caught in the real estate crash. She can’t sell her sprawling Nashville mansion, so she has gone to the extreme — putting it up for auction at a bargain basement price.
Like so many stars who made it big, Crow splurged on huge house with top of the line features. But since the real estate market crash, they have become white elephants.
Now Crow’s house is bargain priced. The bidding has topped out at $1.1 million with the online auction set to end Nov. 24.
Help out, she needs the cash to help obozo get re-elected.

Her first CD was great. Supposedly, she wrote all the songs. There were rumors of a co-writer that wasn’t credited. She hasn’t written anything near the caliber of the first CD since that time (at least, from what I’ve heard) and have resorted to doing covers.
What really irritated me was seeing a video of her singing a Carter family gospel song (can’t remember which one now) on the Gospel Music Channel. What qualifies her to sing gospel???

Sheryl Crow does not practice what she preaches. That’s because she thinks she is important and above us “little people.”
Solar farm? Does that mean the land is covered in solar panels? Not visible in that shot but who knows what that means.

Ok, well, maybe historical shrinkage is pretty drastic, but just in the last few months, the length of the rolls (measured from end to end of the cardboard tube) has shrunk by about half an inch. Plus, fewer sheets are being put on each roll. I looked for a picture to link, but couldn't find one. I had found a whole website (with pics) dedicated to the recent shrinkage of various products, but don't remember what it's called.
I wonder if Sheryl Crow is still able to get away with using a single sheet? I can't say I have any sympathy for her. The annoying nature of her singing was second only to that of Alanis Morrisett--who would never have gained any kind of fame in a rational world.
Sure it’s beautiful but just think of her energy bills every month. I have houses like that going up all around me and that is all I can think of when I see one of them. I saw one under construction yesterday and it looks like a fancy apartment complex or a hospital or a 3 story office complex (HUGE)...... but it isn’t, it’s a residence!

Many of the greenies are just like her. The only exception I can think of was the Una bomber and Ed Bagley(sp?)Jr. at least Ed lives what he preaches.

I beg to differ. Willy is a great songwriter, and really interprets songs well. But a good voice? Not. It’s an annoying voice! He’s sort of the Hoagy Carmichael of our era. Wonderful stuff, so you overlook the nasal twang, and enjoy him anyway. I do like a lot of Willy’s recorded material though. Oh! and don’t forget Bob Dylan. Same kinda deal,,,,,,,,
And Crow? Probably poots out a little black marble once a week!

I understand she buys 1 ply, standard size rolls at the dollar store. I won’t be bidding.
So this loudmouth lib owned at least two mansions as of a couple of days ago. How does she have the gall to run her mouth about the carbon footprint us average slobs leave? I hope she has more reality checks coming her way because she’s way over the line.
