1) Quitting as governor after only two years. (Ronald Reagan served eight)

2) The normal perception of any conservative by the MSM that she is stupid.

3) No history of statements on public policy issues prior to 2008.

4) Overexposure that often appears unpresidential.

5) No political base either regionally or politically. (Obama had blacks and college kids for example, Reagan had men. Obama had Illinois and California, Reagan had California, the West and South)

6) Appeal to independents, in 2010 independents left Obama for anyone else, will they do the same in 2012 if Palin is the nominee?

7) What is her big issue and how does she explain it? (I don't think the I'm not Obama will work for her or anyone else all by itself.)

I have my fire extinquisher fully charged!

Even to speak of the issues you have here about her will make you a “Troll”, and maybe even worse.

Best of luck!

By 2012 even a Kangaroo could beat Obama. The question now is how much can they steal in the meantime.

She has the Conservative base, but she needs at least 11% from elsewhere. If the Rino would support her, then I think she will win overwhelmingly. The problem is that too many RINO rather Obama (even voted for him) than Palin

She is the only candidate willing to take on the Libs full force. She is absolutely hated by the left and the RNC establishment. She is unapologetic about here conservatism.

All of the male so-called conservative politicians are absolutely afraid to speak the truth when it comes to conservatism.

The problem is all your “issues” are talking points for the left, and demonstrably wrong.

Classic example of “knowing so much that isn’t so....”

If you aren't intelligent enough to 'get it' - no one can help you. EVEN the MSM know it's was political savvy but their pawns keep mimicking them and I enjoy seeing who does it.

I have my fire extinquisher fully charged

That doesn't take the place of mental capacity.

You are underinformed. Read her books. Read her Facebook page. Watch her speeches at PalinTV.com. Then if you have questions....

“The normal perception of any conservative by the MSM that she is stupid.”

I stopped reading right there. Is it “normal” for a “conservative” to care what the MSM thinks? I sure don’t.

Palin is the first presidential candidate to be paid millions$ for running her political commercials on TV. She played hardball with Exxon up in Alaska and won. My guess is she’s the smartest person in almost every room she walks into. That’s one of the reasons why the Liberals are so scared of her.

She fights. Make a list of shortcomings as long as your arm and in the end, she is on a very short list of people who were willing to fight. There are a number of politicians who think its their turn to be president, but only a small handful who took the fight to Obama when it mattered.

Thats Palin, DeMint, Bachmann, and maybe a couple of others... Ryan, Pence, Bolton, and then thats pretty much it.

The others are waiting to be selected as leader, but it doesn’t work that way. Leaders lead, fighters fight, and the wannabes wait for the phone to ring offering them the job.

1) Quitting as governor after only two years. (Ronald Reagan served eight)

She saved herself from being dragged into a legal quagmire that the Dems believed they could create. She defeated them

2) The normal perception of any conservative by the MSM that she is stupid.

This is so poorly phrased I can’t make out what you mean.

3) No history of statements on public policy issues prior to 2008.

As a Governor, did she need to make any? Or should she have been tending to managing the Corrupt Bastards, which she did brilliantly?

4) Overexposure that often appears unpresidential.

To who? As opposed to Clinton or Bush on Leno and Letterman? Regan on Death Valley Days? Who?

5) No political base either regionally or politically. (Obama had blacks and college kids for example, Reagan had men. Obama had Illinois and California, Reagan had California, the West and South).

This is a joke, right? NO political base?

6) Appeal to independents, in 2010 independents left Obama for anyone else, will they do the same in 2012 if Palin is the nominee?

A genuine concern. She is not a middle of the road gal. That is what I prefer, someone who is right and stays there. You are a Mitt supporter?

7) What is her big issue and how does she explain it? (I don’t think the I’m not Obama will work for her or anyone else all by itself.)

Small government. You really haven’t watched or read anything by her, have you? Why? You think she is unpresidential and stupid, huh?

There is a huge population of American liberal women and campus elites who resent her presence and will control enough votes to defeat her.

I love her conservative instincts. The day McLame made her the VP nominee I sent in the largest campaign contribution I have ever sent. I will happily vote for her if she is the nominee.

But I have concerns about her electability. Don’t be a knee jerk flamer of me as anti-Palin ‘cause I’m not, but I’d like to see a senario of how she can win. The base will vote for her. That’s 30%. But we need another 21% from so called independents most of whom are not very politically aware and who get their information from the MSM.

Someone give me some confidence regarding national election electability.

I agree with you 100%. And I'd vote for her in a heart beat if she were the nominee. And if some one else gets the nomination and wins, they will owe her a lot, because she has been out there fighting the fight and taking the flack. Maybe that's the Republican plan, because she seems to be able to take anything they throw at her and throw it right back, and in some ways she is like a lightning rod, though not much fault of her own, she's the target the libs aim at the most. Let the left use their ammunition on some one that can deflect it and take it, and if that means she doesn't win the white house but we find a conservative that can, that would be great too. It be to funny to see Katie Couric with a stack of distortions already to attack Palin with and in walks a candidate they aren't ready for.

Part of the resigning her governorship was that before and more so after MeCain nominated her, the left filed relentless unsubstantiated ethics charges against her which her family had to fight off with their moderate finances.

You act uninformed. Her big issues are national security/border control and energy Independence and naturally smaller government, less taxes, less government intrusion and more personal responsibility.

But I think you really know those things and would rather be antagonistic rather than state who you support and why.
